Story
Scar and his brother, Simba are two sweet boys we’ve been fostering for 7 months. We were intending to be their forever family, but the young baby we are in the process of adopting has proven to be extremely allergic to the boys. Scar is the larger brother of the two, weighing about 70 lbs. He LOVES to cuddle while pretending to be the petite lap dog he sees himself as. Though he plays very well with his brother, Scar is very reactive to other pets/animals - so I do not recommend him being in a home with other pets. They’re both crate trained in the event you’d like to secure them at night. He had an extra large crate so he’s got plenty of room. We will include any food, crates, toys, feeders, supplies, and grooming tools we have for him/them. Scar eats once a day. He eats 4 cups of purina dog chow mixed with a can of open farm brand wet food - usually salmon, chicken, or beef pate. We’d love to keep them together but if you can’t take them both that’s ok.

Story
Simba is a sweet dog who is super chill. He loves to play with squeaky soft toys and run run run in the yard. He loves to lay at your feet and nap just to be close to you. Simba just needs a loving family who will let him follow them around and play fetch with him. We’ve been fostering Simb and Scar for about 7 months. We intended to keep them, but our newly adopted young toddler is extremely allergic. We will provide all he needs to be happy and healthy at his new home. He’s crate trained for those who would like to secure him during the night. He has an extra large crate because he’s 60lbs. We would love to keep Simba with his brother, but we understand if you can’t take them both. We will give all supplies we have for him. Feeder, crate, food, toys, vet info, etc.

Story
Simba and Scar are two sweet, bonded brothers looking for a new loving family to call their own. These affectionate boys were found on the streets before being rescued by the Cobb County Animal Service, where they stayed side by side until they found us. They adore attention and love being cuddled up with their humans. Both do wonderfully with children and will happily follow you around the house. They are fully house-trained and comfortable in crates when needed. Unfortunately, due to recent life changes—including adopting an infant, selling and buying a home, caring for my mother with Alzheimer’s, and balancing grad school and busy family life—we simply can’t give these boys the time and attention they deserve. Simba and Scar need more consistent love and companionship than we can currently provide with teens, a toddler, and an infant. We’re seeking a special home ready to welcome two big fur babies. They do not do well with other pets and I really want them to stay together.
