When I first arrived at MFP, I was scared and unsure of what was next for me but as soon as I felt safe and loved, my sweet, playful personality came shining through! Now, Im ready to find my forever home where I can be part of the family fun! A little about me: Great with kids of all ages! Im patient and gentle, making me the perfect playtime buddy or cuddle companion.Dog-friendly! I love hanging out with other pups and would love a doggy sibling.Manners? I got them! Im crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and house trained. I dont jump on furniture, but I do love to chew on my toys and have a couple of play sessions a day.Loyal & loving! Whether its playing outside or laying at your feet while you watch a movie, I just love being part of the family. My dream home:A home with a backyard (fenced or not) for some fun zoomies!A dog sibling to play and snuggle with!A family with kidsIm patient and love being around little humans! I just need a little extra encouragement when going into my crate, but once Im in, I settle down just fine. Other than that, Im the perfect mix of playful and laid-backready to be your best friend forever! I have a tumor on my back that MFP is working on treating and getting rid of so I'll be good as new! Ellie, a charming and gentle pup, has unfortunately found herself in a challenging situation. This sweet girl was saved from being euthanized after her owner could not take her with her when moving and could no longer afford her care. Ellie's medical history includes epilepsy, a condition that we believe may have been triggered by a traumatic experience during her spaying procedure at the age of two months. Despite this setback, Ellie has shown remarkable resilience and continues to thrive. Her amiable nature extends to both canine and feline companions, making her an ideal addition to a multi-pet household. Ellie is also well-trained, displaying excellent leash manners, although she occasionally exhibits a playful stubbornness that adds to her charm. One of Ellie's favorite pastimes is basking in the warmth of the sun, a testament to her easy-going and mellow demeanor. Her gentle disposition is further evidenced by her frosty face, which reflects her kind and compassionate nature. We are actively seeking a forever home for Ellie, preferably with individuals or families who are frequently present and can provide her with the love and attention she deserves.
