Story
Hello, meet Benito aka Bubba:) Benito is a 4 year old, more or less Labradoodle and Wirehaired Pointer. He was found with his hair so tangled that we had to give him a very short hair cut. Accidently the groomer at that event who did his hair cut; his ears accidently because the ears were so damaged by the hair. So he is missing a small piece on both ears. He is very calm; not a barker, if you put him in crate is like he doesn't exist. He is such a good boy, very easy going - gets along with all dogs - not sure about cats as we have not fostered him around cats. He loves to go for walks and loves car rides:) He is very submissive - not aggressive that all. He is being fostered with other 20 dogs, of all sizes and ages:) He will give you a hand shake - well a paw shake:) He will make a wonderful addition to any family or a solo person who loves a calm dog. Benito is a survivor of Distemper - this means he will never get the disease again and he can life up to 15 years old of life as some of our survivors have done:) Are you ready to give him a forever home? Story
Adoption Event: Please let us know if you want this beauty to be at our semi-monthly adoption event by texting us at 619-576-0747 Our sweet Dalila is a female 50 pounds rescued girl, who loves to run and play fetch!! . Dalila is an ideal medium size, has a nice coat, low shedding and semi-hypoallergenic as she is a mixed of Labradoodle and German Shorthaired Pointer and Border Terrier. Hard to find a medium to large size low shedding-hypoallernic rescued pets due that the majority are small breeds:) She will be ideal for any family. However, an active family will be ideal for her sweet and playful temperament. She is good with people and children, and currently being fostered with another 18 dogs:) She will need basic training such as basic commands and to be leashed trained as she has been at the sanctuary running free but goes to a crate in the evenings to sleep - therefore, she is crate trained as well :) Not sure about how she is with cats but she is a pup still and trainable. Are you ready to give her a forever home? Story
Dagmar is ready for oodles of doodle cuddles! Hi, I’m Dagmar! I’m a 2.5-year-old, 55-pound (adorable) doodle, and I’m looking for a loving home. I was rescued from a backyard breeder in La Mision, Mexico and now my only mission is a furever family! I’m a sweet, calm girl who gets along well with other pooches and even cats. I’m a little shy with new people, especially if there’s a lot of noise, but I warm up quickly once I know I’m safe and sound. I love going for walks and then cuddling up on the couch. I'm house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained! My only quirk is that I’m on a very specific diet that I need to stay on for life. Don’t worry—I promise it’s easy to manage! I eat Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein food (about $115 for 27lb bag) and take a couple of supplements like psyllium husks ( about $30 for a large can of powder) and RX clay (about $20 for a can of powder) to keep me healthy. So, I’ll need an adopter who’s committed to keeping me on my special diet—no cheating! I’m a pretty low-key girlie, so I’d do best in a quieter home. I get nervous with loud noises and would be happiest without kids around. If you’re someone who enjoys peaceful walks and lots of snuggles, I think we’d be a pawfect pair! I can’t wait to be your loyal lady and share the rest of my life with you! My adoption fee is $350 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/ ##1611650##

Story
Please welcome Lambert, the silliest, goofiest Doodle around!  Lambert is an 11-month-old Poodle mix with a super soft grey curly coat and smiles for everyone!  He’s a 20-pound lovebug and has an infectious personality, the moment you met him you can’t help but want to snuggle and play with him!  Lambert is a very happy, good boy and will be best suited with an active family or individual who has time to give him daily walks and lots of play time.  Lambert will need regular grooming to look and feel his very best.  He is great around children and will do just fine with another well-adjusted fur sibling.  He is potty pad and leash trained and has not been exposed to cats. Lambert is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and is microchipped.  If you are interested in meeting or adopting this fluffy lovebug, please go to www.lolr.org to fill out an adoption application! ##1976057##

Story
Faith loves everybody and all non-aggressive dogs. She is high energy so needs more activity than I can give her. She is 2 1/2 years old, I got her from the Humane Society the end of February. She loves her people, loves to lick and sit close by. She knows her basic obedience and walks well on leash. Sit, down, come, heel, look, leave it, drop it. The ideal home would either have another dog for her to play with or a person who takes her running or something like that. A tired dog is a good dog and I don't have enough energy to tire her out. As a lab she likes to smell everything and will happily eat anything. I think the eating everything would be eliminated or greatly reduced with sufficient activity. She has eaten non-food items. So far those items have all passed with no issues.

Meet Jelly Bean and this good looking fella is only 6 yrs old. Jelly is also neutered. While Jelly is a Lab mix, he weights just 31 lbs. SHELTER IS FULL and this dog needs you NOW! WE ARE COURTESY POSTING THIS DOG FOR THE MORENO VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER TO HELP THEM FIND A HOME. The shelter is severely overcrowded and desperately needs help. Please save this deserving pooch and clear a kennel for another dog in need today! PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS POST IF INTERESTED IN FOSTERING FOR A RESCUE UNTIL THEY FIND A FOREVER HOME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ADOPT BUT CAN HELP BY FOSTERING (INCLUDE YOUR LOCATION/CITY AND HOW LONG YOU CAN FOSTER) This beautiful dog is located in the Moreno Valley shelter. Please feel free to reach out to us with questions. Thank you!
