Meet Billie Jean—a spirited, delightful lady who’s guaranteed to steal your heart! With her bubbly personality and infectious enthusiasm, she’s the perfect companion for anyone looking for a little extra joy in their life. Billie absolutely adores being around her people, and though she’s still learning that jumping up isn’t the best way to say “hello,” she’s quickly mastering the art of sitting nicely for some well-deserved love and treats. Billie is highly intelligent and eager to please, making her a fast learner. She’s already making great strides in her leash training and is proving to be an absolute star in her foster home. Billie is also completely comfortable around the cat and loves picking up new playtime tricks from her canine housemates. She would thrive in a home with another confident dog to help keep her busy, build her confidence, and continue teaching her the ropes. She’s still learning some doggy social cues and would benefit greatly from having a seasoned dog friend to guide her. One thing to note: Billie Jean is a bit of an escape artist, so she’ll need a 6ft fence and supervision in the yard to keep her safe and secure. With a little extra care, she’ll be able to enjoy the outdoors while staying safe. Potty training is going wonderfully too—she’s well on her way to mastering the routine, and with consistent practice, she’ll have it down perfectly in no time. When it’s time to settle in her crate, Billie is a champ, only giving a short whine before curling up for a peaceful nap. Her ears, with their adorable, independent flair, are always ready to flap in the breeze, adding to her charming, playful spirit. Billie Jean is a sweet, spunky lady with a growing personality and endless potential. She’s ready to find her forever home and bring all the love, laughter, and joy she can.
