I had a wonderful home, but life events happened for my humans and my whole world got flipped, my owners were great they taught me all kinds of commands, how to walk on a leash, they understood my breed very well. They thought they had found a wonderful home for me, but within 2 days that person gave me away and then that person dumped me it was a very stressful 72hrs, my old owner could not take me back, but gave the team a ton of information about me. I have lived with St. Bernard's both male and female a Great Dane and an Italian Grey hound and two cats. He has not lived with children. He take a minute to warm up to strangers and can be protective of his home in an acceptable way. He is incredibly smart, regal, eager to please, his recall is almost a 100%, he would prefer a private yard and someone who is a little active. He loves tug-a-war and fetch. My adoption fee is $250 1. Do you have a privately fenced yard? 2. What animals live in your home? 3. How many people and ages live in your home? 4. Have you had a large dog before? He is 77lbs 5. Please look up his predominate breed Karelian Bear, to understand his breed. 6. He will need two visits, this will be required, is this something you can do?

Answering the questions below, will help move the adoption process along faster. ***Please check your Junk/Spam folder for reply e-mails from us, if its been more than 72 hours*** Hi, I am Goose, I am an Akita Mix, between 6-7yrs old, Neutered male. I was adopted from Homeward Bound in 2021 into the most amazing and large family, there was 8 humans to give me love, attention and play with me. I got to go on car rides and go on adventures, it was so nice after my previous family dumped me. Life happens and my home started changing over the last year and now 6 of my humans were no longer there, my mom and dad tried so hard to make it work, but I started escaping and barking at neighbors dogs, I gained weight and so my mom and dad made the heartbreaking decisions to rehome me, they spent a long time trying to find the right home, but people kept backing out, so they reached out to the shelter and the team accepted me with open arms. Goose is a very loving big boy, his family did great with him, he would really love a home with no other dogs, he loves children and does very well with them. He is goofy, knows lots of commands and really is just a big cuddle bug. My adoption fee is $150 1. Do you have a privately fenced yard? 2. What animals live in your home? 3. Can you supply a squishy bed? 4. Can you supply bouncy toys? 5. What would my typical day look like? 6. Have you had a dog as big as me? I am 103lbs! 7. The team is working on weight-loss, can you continue to help with this?
