Story
**Located in Korea** Meet the lovely Princess & The Pea! Just like in fairy tales, this beautiful pup was rescued from a difficult situation, finding a new chance at a happy life. In Korea, her nickname is Genie! She was born to her mother (another adoptable Waldo's dog - Cinderella!) after her mom was rescued from the meat trade. As such, she is a sometimes shy with other dogs. She is most comfortable with her mom (as most human children are with their mothers, too!). We are working with her to build her confidence with love and patience, and she's started to learn to socialize and enjoy playful moments with her canine friends. Princess & The Pea longs for a forever home where she can live with other dogs and revel in the joy of companionship and play. Adopting her will be like granting a wish, as you'll witness her transformation into a confident and loving companion. Personality & Characteristics  My foster dog is good with: Dogs and Kids My foster dog is: House trained 3 Keywords for your pup: Timid, Gentle, Friendly Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): lv.5 Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: She doesn't bark excessively. Walking Manners: She is well-mannered while walking on a leash. Appetite: She has a good appetite and enjoys mealtime. ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States. ##1783149##

She's even mastering crate training, proving her eagerness to adapt to new routines. Tinkerbell is a clever girl who has mastered commands like 'Wait,' making her a delight to spend time with. Grooming and Care Bath time and grooming sessions are a breeze with Tinkerbell. She remains calm and well-behaved while being brushed and bathed, which means grooming can be an enjoyable bonding experience for both of you. Story
**Located in Korea** Follow the yellow brick road to meet Dorthey, a brave and resilient pup just like her namesake from the iconic Wizard of Oz! Dorthey's journey hasn't been easy as she was left in a rural residential area, facing hunger and extreme weather conditions. Living on a short leash, she's a bit timid around leashes, but that doesn't stop her from enjoying the wonders of the world. This sweet girl adores going on walks and finds pure bliss in taking refreshing baths. When she's not out exploring, Dorthey loves to rest on her knees, enjoying every moment of comfort. But wait, there's more to her enchanting story! Dorthey is a ball enthusiast! The moment she spots a ball, she's enchanted by its spell and can't resist playing with it. Social and friendly with other dogs, Dorthey's calm and quiet demeanor indoors makes her a delightful companion. However, she does have a unique requirement - a careful diet. She's allergic to greasy food, so her food choices need to be handled with care. Greasy food might bring tears to her eyes, but it won't dampen her spirits! Dorthey's courage and resilience shine through, even as she bears the marks of her past like a true Jindo dog from Korea. We know that behind that beautiful exterior lies an even more beautiful soul, just waiting to find a loving forever home. Personality & Characteristics  My foster dog is good with: Dogs, Kids, Cats My foster dog is: House trained 3 Keywords for your pup: Calm, Quiet Sweet Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): - Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: She is very calm and quiet indoors. Does the following: Loves taking baths! She is obsessed with playing fetch with a ball, she gets SO excited when she sees a ball.  Favorite Things: Walks & Baths ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract.
