Story
story: Thank you for interested in adopting Buddy. Please know that Buddy is an international rescue. When your application is approved, you will need to pick him up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, ONT, IAH, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we've done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Buddy is not high in energy level and likes to take a slow walk, taking time to observe and sniff other things. When he was a puppy, he was small and weak and was bullied by his siblings. He gets nervous towards other dogs. He is not comfortable when the other dog tries to dominate and when the other dog has a young puppy energy so much that it can annoy others. However, once he becomes friendly with other dog, he gets along very well. He stayed in the shelter for a long time so he lacks socialization but he is gentle and careful once he decides to be a friend with the people and the dogs. Now, he is under socialization training. He has not met children yet but is generally calm and good with people. The foster believes buddy is calm and friendly with anyone and so can be with children. Buddy is nervous but stays calm in the crate. He behaves well when he is alone in home. He is under leash training. If he gets scared he just stops and refuses to move. When he gets scared during walks, he leans on the people next to him and depends on the person for protection. With something he has not eaten before, he doesn’t eat it right away. He rubs it on his body first. After he tries it one or two times, he doesn’t do it anymore. Lacking various experiences, he gets scared easily but is also good at overcoming them. If you’re interested in adopting Buddy, feel free to contact us for more info! Thank you.

Story
Thank you for interested in adopting Chewy. Please know that Chewy is an international rescue. When your application is approved, you will need to pick him up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, ONT, IAH, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Rescue story: The rescuer feeds some stray dogs far away from her home and she found a mama dog with 4 puppies. She was not able to help them but only could give them enough food to survive. One day, one of the puppies voluntarily came close to the rescuer and when she held the puppy, she found the puppy was covered by ticks and fleas and was in a very bad condition. The rescuer decided to find all of the dogs and was able to capture the mama dog and the rest 3 puppies. Chewy is very friendly with all dogs and is affectionate towards people. She likes to have close relationships with people. She loves taking walks and being outdoor. She is good on leash withouth pulling. At first, she pulled a little from being excited but now she is very good and follows the foster gently. She sometimes become stubborn at some points she wants to sniff but overall, she is very good on leash! She doesn’t have a guarding behavior and waits very well for her turn during the treat time. She is 100% outdoor potty trained and never made a mistake.

Story
**About Rita:** Thank you for interested in adopting Rita. Please know that Rita is an international rescue through South Korea. When your application is approved, you will need to pick her up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, ONT, IAH, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Rita enjoys her alone time but can also be active and playful. She loves people and is affectionate and intelligent. While she can be timid initially, her curiosity allows her to get along well with other dogs. Rita is friendly and eager to greet new people. During a recent outing to a shop, she approached everyone she encountered with good manners and curiosity, making a positive impression. Both Chico and Rita may appear timid in completely new environments, but they adapt quickly and get along well. Their initial shyness doesn’t reflect sensitivity or pickiness. +Dog: She gets along well with other dogs. +Cat: She often encounters cats near the house. Rita usually watches them quietly, occasionally barks, and then quickly runs back inside. +Kids: Rita gets along very well with children (ages 10 and 18). +Housebroken: She is 100% outdoor potty-trained, going twice in the morning and once in the afternoon. On rainy days, she uses indoor pads perfectly. +Ok in kennel: She uses crates frequently especially when she goes to sleep. +Ok on leash: Rita walks well on a leash and is easy to control. She loves other dogs but can be a little shy at first, lowering her tail when approaching them. Once comfortable, she wags her tail and happily engages. Her friendliness shines through once she’s adjusted. +Barker or Separation anxiety: Rita does well alone. She only whines when she needs to go outside or if she wants to express that she needs to poop. She doesn’t bark much and is rather a quiet dog usually. +Behavioral issues (food aggression, leash reactivity, etc): Rita does not guard food, toys, or other items. She loves it when people play with her toys and patiently waits for treats when told. She knows commands like "wait" and "no," and responds well. Occasionally, she hides treats in cushions and retrieves them later. +Car rides: Rita enjoys car rides and travels well without any issues. If you’re interested in adopting Rita please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details. We’d be more than happy to help! Rita is ready for her forever sweet home. **About Chico:** Thank you for interested in adopting Chico. Please know that Chico is an international rescue through South Korea. When your application is approved, you will need to pick her up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, ONT, IAH, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Chico is affectionate and active but he is still a puppy that just began to learn that there are so many things he didn’t encounter yet. In doing so, he may look timid initially, but you will soon notice that he fundamentally enjoys meeting new people and being around them. He’s very gentle and has a trusting personality, making it easy to bond once trust is established. He is currently experiencing different environments and meeting various people to build confidence. Chico loves other dogs and gets along well with the one he currently lives with. When accompanied by his foster, Chico feels more confident and interacts comfortably with both people and dogs. Both Chico and Rita may appear timid in completely new environments, but they adapt quickly and get along well. Their initial shyness doesn’t reflect sensitivity or pickiness. +Dog: Chico loves other dogs and gets along well with the one he currently lives with. +Cat: He shows no particular reaction to cats he encounters on the street. +Kids: Chico hasn’t spent much time with children but shows little interest in them during walks. +Housebroken: He prefers to go potty outside but is 100% successful using pee pads indoors. +Ok in kennel: Good is a crate. He is calm and relaxed in a crate. +Ok on leash: He walks well on a leash and is easy to manage. He enjoys approaching other dogs but is learning to wait calmly. When walking off-leash, Chico often checks back and matches his pace with his foster. If the foster stops, he sits and waits patiently. +Barker or Separation anxiety: Chico is fine being left alone. He doesn’t bark or whine excessively. +Behavioral issues (food aggression, leash reactivity, etc): Chico does not guard food, treats, or toys and waits patiently for his turn. +car rides: Chico handles car rides well, even for long periods. He can wait calmly in the car without issues If you’re interested in adopting Chico, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details. We’d be more than happy to help!
