Buddy is an older Jack Russell mix brought to us when his family could no longer care for him. Buddy is about 12 years old but still has plenty of golden years left in him. We have completed a dental with a few extractions as well as a few fatty mass removals on Buddy. All of this medical is covered under our Grey Muzzle Grant and the only cost is his adoption fee. Buddy does well with dogs of similar size but we always recommend dog to dog intros to make sure everyone gets along. Buddy is a bit of a talker so be warned if you share walls in your home he can be a little loud! If you would like to meet Buddy or have further questions please speak with our kennel staff!

Meet Roy! Roy’s journey is one of resilience and hope. This sweet boy was rescued from tough conditions in Puerto Rico. On Labor Day, our rescuer spotted Roy under a car, dragging his left paw. When she called to him, he came straight to her, as if he knew he was being saved. Sadly, Roy’s leg couldn’t be saved and had to be amputated. He spent several days in the hospital recovering. He has been treated for heartworm, is now healthy, and is ready for his forever home.
