We think he's probably a JRT mixed with some Maltese, but either way he's 100% adorable Lapdog. At 9lbs he loves to be held and be close to his human. Peanut is still learning that Toddlers make unexpected movements and noises that he's not a fan of, but they also drop food and treats, which is he a fan of, so he is learning trade-offs. He is realizing that "hiding" on the top of the Sofa back is out of reach for the toddler in his fosters home and can be used as a time-out safety spot. He follows the resident dogs and cats for outside time and is getting the hang of house training - until he's mastered that he is not complaining about wearing bellybands. Leash walking is still new to him and he's getting better, he does ride quietly in the car. Peanut is looking for a home with (older, calmer) children or without, preferably with another companion dog for him to learn from and follow. He may be able to handle regular working hours provide he receives sufficient exercise and attention around those hours. Milo is around 2 yrs old. I adopted him from a shelter, at the time I was working overnights so I had more time. I currently work two jobs and am having to move soon. Milo is an adorable and energetic pup who deserves the world! He’s got ample energy and loves to play fetch. He’s still got a little puppy in him and he likes to chew. Before the shelter he was found abandon in an apartment complex. He is wary of adults especially men. However my experience is he’s all bark and no bite, I’ve never had any aggressive issues with him. He is a very good boy who needs more attention and time than I can give him.

Apollo is a 2-year-old 24 lb Jack Russell Terrier mix. He was purposely hit by a car in Cleveland, TX and sustained a L6 vertebral fracture. He needed spinal stabilization surgery and has recovered beautifully. The vets were not sure he would have a successful recovery, but he’s proved them wrong! When he was found, he was bloodied up and unable to move on the side of the road. He’s a lucky pup because if his fracture were any lower, he would’ve been paralyzed and could’ve possibly had a different outcome. Apollo is a funny guy that will keep a smile on your face. He`s been through so much in his short life and deserves a home that will spoil him the way he was meant to be spoiled!

We want him to have a securely fenced yard. And, he definitely needs to be an inside dog. Spot requires a home with no cats or kiddos. There is a small rehoming fee. She is also spayed and microchipped. Snuggling, snooping in the yard, playing with toys, chasing critters/squirrels, and keeping you safe are all things that she is very good at. She has a sunny outlook on life and likes everyone. In order to adopt her you need to have a good vet reference, a secure yard (no wrought iron, no electronic fencing). Poppy requires a home with no kiddos, no little critters and no farm animals. She will not do well in an apartment.
