Story
Fairy, is 12 years young, and she still has plenty of love and life to share! This gentle lady is a seasoned pro at enjoying simple pleasures, like lounging in a cozy, warm bed. She’s a quiet and affectionate companion, thriving in a peaceful environment where she can rest and be pampered.Fairy is polite on the leash and enjoys short strolls as long as she has the warmth of a soft coat. She’s not as interested in playtime as she used to be, but she does get along well with other dogs, respecting their space and enjoying quiet companionship. Her golden years have been marked with a few health changes, but Fairy doesn’t mind—she’s adapted well to a softer diet due to her dental disease, which were addressed, and she’s still as sweet as ever with the few teeth she has left. Fairy's tail never stops going. She likes to know where you are and what you are doing.Fairy’s ideal home is one where she can enjoy the company of a loving person who will give her the attention and affection she craves. She absolutely loves being held, and there’s nothing better than curling up with her favorite person. If you’re looking for a sweet, low-maintenance companion to share your quiet moments, Fairy could be the perfect fit!Name: FairyBreed: Jack Russell Terrier/CrossbreedSex: FemaleAge: 12 years (estimated)Weight: 14lbs Spayed/Neutered: yesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS: Good with Children: YesGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: YesAdoption Fee: $350.00 (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently: ConnecticutIMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
