Story
*FOZZY IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE HE IS ADOPTED* Fozzy Bear is the REAL DEAL. Fozzy is a Jack Russell Terrier/Pomeranian mix. He is around 1-2 years old and only 15lbs. He loves everyone of every age and species he meets. Young, old, human, canine... he loves meeting and greeting! He is as smart as he is handsome and learns very quickly. Fozzy is bombproof! He is perfectly housetrained. Toys are his favorite, and he loves to play fetch. But if you tire out, he is quick to jump in your lap and channel surf. He loves a car ride and he walks beautifully on a lead. He also has perfect recall. Fozzy has one quirk... He will bark 100% of the time if you crate him or leave him outside alone for extended periods of time or if you make him sleep in a room alone. This dog loves family and wants to be where you are. Fozzy's best home will have a secured fenced yard. His people will be medium to very active, so he can take leash walks, play fetch, and car trips. An excellent history of vet care for previous or current pets is required. Preference will be given to adopters with specific breed experience. Fozzy is completely vetted, neutered, and microchipped.  His adoption fee of $600 includes the transportation to his new home in CT. New Beginnings Animal Rescue uses  a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Fozzy to his new home.  You can apply to adopt Fozzy here: https://newbeginningsanimalrescue.net/adoption-application    T HANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET! Story
Jelly – A Sweet Soul Looking for a Second Chance Jelly is a 2-year-old spayed Jack Russell Terrier mix with a heart full of love. Her journey started as a stray before being adopted at just 8 weeks old. Her adopter cherished her, but due to health issues, they were heartbreakingly forced to surrender her. Jelly is struggling to adjust to foster life and feels scared and uncertain. Despite this, she has a loving and playful personality that shines through once she feels safe. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, better with the calmer ones or smaller than her, and is eager to find a forever home where she can feel secure and loved again. Jelly is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She’s ready to bring joy, affection, and playful energy to the lucky family who adopts her. Could that be you? If you decide to adopt jelly you NEED to commit to AT LEAST 3 weeks for her to decompress and adjust! You must not expect instant gratification. Jelly is wonderful dog but very shy. Please be sure to understand that 3 weeks is not 3 days. 📍 Learn more and apply to adopt Jelly at www.allpawsondeck.org. Adoption Requirements: - Applicants must be at least 21 years old - Complete an application at www.allpawsondeck.org - All current pets must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations - If adopting a pet that is not yet altered, a $100 deposit will be required at the time of adoption. This deposit will be refunded upon proof of spay or neuter. Additional Information: - If a dog is posted, it is available for adoption - Adoption pickups are in Connecticut - Massachusetts residents cannot be adopted due to state laws - Only complete applications submitted through www.allpawsondeck.org will be considered
