Hammy is an 8-week-old terrier mix with a heart that’s way bigger than his 4-lb body! He’s a proud little tripod (missing his back left leg), though he truly doesn’t know he’s any different. This sweet boy is the definition of easy to love. He has joyful puppy zoomies, then happily settles in for snuggles. He’s very go-with-the-flow, adaptable, and thrives on being near his people — a classic velcro pup, but not in an overwhelming way. If you’re moving around the house, Hammy is likely right behind you, tail wagging. Hammy loves other animals, and is really enjoying his foster siblings — both cats AND dogs. He’s friendly with new people, enjoys chew toys, and is already showing great emotional resilience as he works on self-soothing (impressive for such a young pup!). He’s currently working on potty training and doing well being left alone for short periods. Despite having three legs, Hammy gets around just like any other puppy — playing, exploring, and cuddling without missing a beat. He’ll do best in an active home where he can keep up with daily adventures, playtime, and lots of love. Hammy is neutered, incredibly sweet, and ready to grow up with a family who will adore him as much as he deserves. Thankfully, a good Samaritan rounded us up and reached out to 4 Little Paws Rescue for some help. We are now about 4 months old, staying in 3 different foster homes, and are absolutely sweet and adorable puppies! We are vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered, happy and healthy, and ready to find forever homes! I’m Alice, I weigh 23.6 lbs, and I’ve got a great set of ears, always up and paying attention, and I’m smart! I am friendly with everyone, including a kitty cat who lives here, and although I’m a girl, I can hold my own at playtime with the big dogs. I enjoy the outdoors, playing with sticks, chasing balls, playing tug-of-war, and I am always up for some doggy snacks.
