Gunther is the sweetest energetic boy and loving. He enjoys cuddling and nice long walks. He loves tug ropes, playing in mud and water, running along side you as you ride a bicycle and chasing lizards. He is a great hunter, companion, protector and true friend. He especially gets along with dogs his size. It takes him longer to get along with bigger dogs because he thinks he is a big dog(hehe). He knows basic commands like sit, stay, recall when whistled at, and down. He loves fluffy blankets and works for treats. He travels well in the car, loves hiking trails, and just having fun. Unfortunately at this time in my life I am unable to keep him due to reduction in income and I am seeking a great family to rehome him.

Petey was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where we acquired him from a local pet store. He has grown with our family for seven years and though Jack Russell are known for being highly energetic, his favorite activity is napping under a blanket. He Immediately gets zoomies after a bath And his red collar has been his signature since he was a puppy. It's like his safety blanket. Petey absolutely loves car rides and after a brief introduction with other dogs, prefers to just chase after a tennis ball at dog parks. He is extremely loyal to the family and is very wary of strangers at first, but once he meets them two or three times is trying to nap in their lap. He deserves a big yard to explore and run around and someone who can give him all their love and attention. It breaks my heart to rehome him because he is a huge part of the family in my eyes, but with two autistic children, we can't give him what he needs anymore. Price includes all toys, bed, wood/metal dog crate.

Sawyer went from a scared boy to one of the most loving and outgoing dogs at the rescue. He loves to meet new people, he's getting used to being picked up, and loves to plays with the other dogs and puppies at the rescue. He greets volunteers when they come help out at the rescue and seeks attention from others. He has a strong fear of leashes and we think someone was not so nice to him with a leash. so we are slowly working on introducing him to one in hopes he will become leash trained and lose that fear. He is kennel and house trained, has been introduced to cats, and has really turned out to be an amazing boy. We only recommend children over 5 because he does like to jump when he's excited to see you. If you're interested in this pint sized little guy that loves attention and is playful, Sawyer is your guy! And you can't miss those adorably big years!
