Milo is a sweet, loving, and energetic dog with a playful personality. He absolutely loves chasing lizards and spending time outdoors, especially in the yard. Milo is very gentle and affectionate, and he’s wonderful with children—he especially enjoys going on walks with our daughter. He’s playful and enjoys games (even if he’s not the best at fetch 😊), and he thrives on companionship and attention. He is well-behaved at home—he sleeps through the night, is fully house-trained, and never has accidents indoors. Milo eats twice a day and has a great routine. He would do best in a home where he can stay active, get plenty of love, and enjoy outdoor time. He truly is a loyal and caring companion, and we want to find him a family who will give him the love and attention he deserves.

Meet Spotty!  At 16 years young, Spotty is a sweet senior with a heart full of love—literally! He came to us after his previous family could no longer provide for his medical needs. He’s on chronic heart medication, and with a little TLC (and maybe a few pounds lost), he’s ready to enjoy his golden years to the fullest. Don’t let his calm, “grandpa” face fool you—he has bursts of energy that might surprise you with the cutest little zoomies! He loves to snuggle, sleep in cozy spots, and hang out peacefully with other dogs. He’s a bit overweight right now, but a healthy diet and gentle exercise will help him feel even better and keep his heart happy. Spotty is a loyal, gentle soul who still has so much love to give. He’s looking for a patient, caring home that appreciates the joy and laughter a senior dog can bring. If you’re ready for cuddles, smiles, and a little occasional zoomie chaos, Spotty is your guy PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good. Meet Petey! He's a little over a year old and full of puppy energy. He loves to roughouse! Petey is neutered, has all shots and is housebroken. Petey is HW+ but started on slow kill treatment. Adopters will be given 1 years worth of low dose heart guard to continue treatment. Just one pill once a month! Petey loves to play with other dogs and has lived with cats. He also likes to stream Netflix on the sofa at night, cuddled up to you. Of course Petey is adorable with a personality to match! If you would like to meet Petey, you won't be disappointed. And at only 30 pounds he is a great size for an apartment as long as he gets play time.
