Milo is a sweet, loving, and energetic dog with a playful personality. He absolutely loves chasing lizards and spending time outdoors, especially in the yard. Milo is very gentle and affectionate, and he’s wonderful with children—he especially enjoys going on walks with our daughter. He’s playful and enjoys games (even if he’s not the best at fetch 😊), and he thrives on companionship and attention. He is well-behaved at home—he sleeps through the night, is fully house-trained, and never has accidents indoors. Milo eats twice a day and has a great routine. He would do best in a home where he can stay active, get plenty of love, and enjoy outdoor time. He truly is a loyal and caring companion, and we want to find him a family who will give him the love and attention he deserves.

He’s on chronic heart medication, and with a little TLC (and maybe a few pounds lost), he’s ready to enjoy his golden years to the fullest. Don’t let his calm, “grandpa” face fool you—he has bursts of energy that might surprise you with the cutest little zoomies! He loves to snuggle, sleep in cozy spots, and hang out peacefully with other dogs. He’s a bit overweight right now, but a healthy diet and gentle exercise will help him feel even better and keep his heart happy. Spotty is a loyal, gentle soul who still has so much love to give. He’s looking for a patient, caring home that appreciates the joy and laughter a senior dog can bring. Meet Milo! He was rescued from an abusive household where he was kept in a cage in the garage under extreme heat and was not well fed. He was super skinny and frightened. He's 3 years old. He is super chill with my dog and my cat. Milo loves his human and is ready to give them a lot of love and cuddles, but he's shy and hard to trust at first. He's afraid of people because of what he's been through. Unfortunately I can't care for him. Milo has severe anxiety and needs a lot of love and attention. He needs house and pot training. He's very protective and can be aggressive with strangers because he feels insecure. He will growl to let you know when he feels uncomfortable with something. Because of my work, I don't have the time and money to treat his anxiety or train him, and I won't leave him in a cage all day. His ideal home would have a fenced backyard, because he loves the outdoors, and a loving family with a lot of patience to care for him. Frequent walks would do the job too.

Bowie is a 20lb Terrier mix (Vet thinks Jack Russell mix) about 2-3 yrs old looking for someone very patient. He was abused and then we believe he was let out to fend for himself and from what we see, he had a tough time on the streets by himself. When Bowie first came to us as a stray, we did everything we could to reunite him with his family, he was posted on over 50 social media sites, he was registered with every shelter within 50 miles just in case his family called the shelters looking for him. No one ever came forward. He has gone from a scared, growling, wanting to bite if you got near him little boy, to now being a lot more socialized, trusting us, sitting on our laps, wanting to play and just being a great rescue. It will take time for him to trust you, but once he does he is your best friend. Bowie gets along with our rescues here but we do notice that he gets a little attitude when we are showing the other pups attention. He really is just looking for attention and he is picky about who he shares that attention with. He also has some food aggression with other dogs, we can take his food away with no issues but he growls if any other dog tries to get near his food. We solve that by feeding him in another room and we do not keep food down in the house. He needs the perfect family to show him lots of love and attention and he will be the greatest companion pup to that family! Adoption fee $350 (We prefer that he is an only dog and all attention goes to him) He loves unconditionally once he trusts you.
