My foster knows me better than anyone! Here's what they had to say about me during my time with them:I will gladly jump into your arms for all the lovin' you have.   I learn very fast, have exceptional sight and would love to follow you around the house or chew on a toy in your lap.  Once I run off a little puppy energy I am happy to relax with my people. I am very dedicated to my people and want to make them as happy as they make me. Let's be happy together. Story
Lucy is a pure Siberian husky, with a smaller frame. She loves car rides, and going for walks. The most important thing is that Lucy goes to a loving home; She is 5 years old, and in perfect health, both of her eyes are crystal blue .. she is not a very big eater. She is trained to go outside, and great with kids, but she does get a little protective of her toys and treats so keep an eye out if you have real little ones. She isn’t “fixed” so she can have babies, but I hate to think of her going through that kind of pain😢. But at the end of the day, it will be your dog. Im in a desperate situation, I need to leave from an abusive ex who found out where I live, and unfortunately I can bring Lucy with me. I am looking for someone to pick her up within the next few days. The sooner the better! Pls contact me any time.

Story
Mako is an 8 year old Husky/Chow mix. He was part of a litter of 6 other dogs. He grew up in a household with other dogs and cats. Mako enjoys a fenced yard to play in and also enjoys relaxing in the living room on the floor, on a dog bed, or even a small sofa that he is allowed to get on. He loves treats! Who doesn't? He likes lounging around the house, very low maintenance. He does enjoy being pet! Mako prefers going on night walks when there aren't other dogs nearby. He also enjoys his personal time right next to you! Mako is excited to meet his new companion for life!

Story
Cheese is a sweet boy who loves to explore outdoors and see new sights, but when he’s tired he’s always down for cuddles. He loves to eat snacks and does not have any interest in toys. He was gotten as a rescue so I am unsure of his experiences as a puppy but he does not get along with cats. He prefers his own personal space when it comes to dogs and doesn’t like them in his face. He has met kids but hasn’t lived with any. He is pretty talkative when he has something to say but he will nap quietly for hours. I am unsure of his actual age but I think he is getting older and doesn’t have as much energy as he once did. Also as he is getting older he does have an occasional accident.

**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to OR for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Frank is a 1-year-old Husky mix with a happy soul and a whole lot of love to give! Currently weighing around 30 lbs, Frank is expected to grow to about 40–50 lbs when fully grown — the perfect medium-sized adventure buddy. Frank is a sweet, social, and playful pup who gets along great with other dogs and is quickly learning the ropes of leash walking. He’s fairly crate-trained and is making steady progress with house training. He hasn’t been around cats or kids yet, but with his gentle and friendly nature, he has lots of potential to adapt with proper introductions. Whether he's out on a walk, playing with doggy friends, or snuggling up at home, Frank is just looking for someone to share his big heart and bright spirit with. If you're ready to add some joy, energy, and puppy love to your life, Frank might just be your perfect match! Interested in becoming a forever home for Frank Sinatra? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application. If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Frank Sinatra. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Frank Sinatra the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Story
Meet Sawyer 🐾 Sawyer is a sweet 7-year-old, 60 lb. Chow mix looking for her new furever home. She's gentle, affectionate, and a little quirky. She loves the beach and river trips but is just as happy relaxing on the couch. She can be shy at first, but once she warms up, she'll snuggle right in (often using a pillow like a human!). Her family has loved her since puppyhood, but after welcoming a baby and living in a small apartment, they know Sawyer would thrive with more space and attention. She'd do best with someone who can walk her regularly and ideally has a yard or enjoys an active lifestyle. She may do well with another dog, though she'll need time to adjust. Sawyer walks with a gentle leader and gets excited around other dogs and wildlife, but with consistency (and some string cheese!) she's improving. She still has many wonderful years ahead and is ready for a home where she can truly thrive. If you think Sawyer might be the perfect fit, please reach out! 💛
