Story
Orbit is a beautiful, sweet-natured Husky who may take a little time to warm up to new faces, but once he does, you'll be rewarded with a loyal and affectionate companion. He's a bit nervous with unfamiliar people, so he'll need someone with patience and a calm approach to help him feel secure.Orbit is best suited for a home with kids 12 and older who understand his shy nature and can give him the space he needs to settle in. Once he feels comfortable, Orbit loves to engage in exuberant play and will happily share his love with his new family. With time, consistency, and a little TLC, Orbit will blossom into the affectionate and devoted friend you've been looking for. He just needs the right environment to help him feel safe and confident. Could you be the patient, loving home Orbit is waiting for?Orbit would do best in a home with:-Kids over 12+ Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 58.9 Age: 1yrs 0mths 4wks

Story
Say hello to Maria! This gorgeous girl came to us as a stray last month and was not claimed by her owners so she is ready for adoption. Maria is an energetic husky who loves her walks. She would do best with an owner experienced with husky energy! Maria can be shy with new people but warms up quickly. She is great on leash and knows her basic commands. Maria is around 1 year old so she still has a lot of puppy in her. Her adoption fee is $300 and includes up to date vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, microchip and spay surgery. If you would like to meet this beautiful pup please contact the shelter by calling 206-812-2737 or emailing buriencares@gmail.com to set up a meet and greet appointment. Maria would love to meet you!
