Story
Mara is a beautiful female, 3-4 years old. She is very active, and has a sassy attitude. She does well with other dogs, at times likes to bully them. She has lived with cats but antagonizes them. She loves giving kisses and getting all the attention. I would love to see her go to the right home. Would prefer someone with a decent sized yard and has the time for her.

Story
Hi, I'm Mango! I'm a happy-go-lucky girl on the lookout for a loving family to call my own. I am part husky—but in a fun-sized, mini version! I'm sweet, loyal, smart, and playful, and I’m always eager to please. A couple of treats is all it takes for us to become best friends. I absolutely love being outside and would be thrilled to have a yard to play in. Water is one of my favorite things—whether it’s chasing sprinklers or splashing in the rain, I’m all in! I also enjoy long walks and would be so happy with a family who shares my love of the outdoors and adventures. Toys are another big favorite of mine—I play nicely with them and never tear them up. I get along great with other dogs and love to run and chase. I’m also good with cats and kids of all ages. When it's time to wind down, I'm calm and relaxed, I love to curl up beside you on the couch for some loves and belly rubs. At night I sleep in my kennel, which I consider my safe space. As a husky-mix I can get bored and find myself getting into trouble if I'm not given enough stimulation. I have made great improvements with this at my new foster home but I would do best in an active family and/or with another active dog to play with. I've I also been working on not barking back at the neighbor dogs, and I’m picking it up quickly! I already know how to sit and lie down like a pro. I'm also already potty trained and crate trained. Hopefully my new family will help me continue to help me learn to become the best version of myself I can be.  Mango is being fostered in Salem, OR. She is available for meet and greets with approved applicants. We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in various cities.  We do not have a shelter. All of our adoptable pets are living with foster families making the transition into your household a whole lot easier.
