Story
CHERISHES TIME SPENT WITH HIS PEOPLE  DOB 2/1/23, Weight 63 lbs. Hey there, everyone! I’m Bear, an incredibly smart, loyal, patient, gentle Siberian Husky/ Anatolian Shepherd mix fella. My stunning ice-blue eyes, bushy curled tail, and upright “prick” ears indicate my Husky heritage. Yet, although I’m less than half the size of a purebred Anatolian Shepherd, my biscuit color as well as my black eyes and muzzle certainly bespeak that breed somewhere in my bloodlines. You can tell from my sweet, innocent face that I’ve got quite a soft side. I’m happiest when I’m hanging out with my people, whether it’s lounging at their feet, getting belly rubs, or leisurely walking on quiet streets together. Boy howdy, do I love trips to the farmer’s market, doggie day care, and the dog park where I can really stretch my legs. I’m quite a nimble, playful guy who absolutely loves fetching balls that my foster pawrents throw as well as chewing on my squeaky toys.   My future foster pawrents found me as I wandered their neighborhood during Hurricane Beryl. They quickly realized how special I am – no ordinary stray – and brought me home. Their due diligence did not result in getting me back home, but they were delighted to discover that I was already housebroken and obeyed a few commands like “sit” and “shake.” I get along great with the two resident Chihuahua females, although we’re like Mutt and Jeffs. True confessions: I’m a little too energetic for the resident cats.   True to my Husky side, I can be a bit vocal, although I’m much calmer and easy-going than most Huskies. When my foster pawrents leave, I don’t do well in a crate and can be a bit of an escape-artist, but I’m on my best behavior when I’m left free-roaming in my foster home. I’d make a devoted, responsive, adaptable and all-around fantastic companion for a family who can keep up with my energy and provide me with lots of love. Could your family become my best forever friends? Arrange to meet me today, and I promise that my mesmerizing blue eyes are sure to catch your attention and enrapture your hearts. ALWAYS UP FOR AN ADVENTURE DOB 5/1/22, weight 58 pounds Hey there, everyone! I’m Xena, a sweet, incredibly friendly, spirited Siberian Husky mix gal whose heart is as big as my beautiful blue eyes. Due to my congenial nature, I love making new friends, whether they’re hooman or other dogs. I’m always up for an adventure – whether it’s a hike, a run, or just a fun day at the park. When the day is done, though, I’m an affectionate gal who just wants to relax and cuddle with Foster Mom. Since I’m quite smart and eager to please, she’s had a joy training me. It’s hard to believe that I was hanging out as a stray with no collar, tags, or chip outside of a game shop. Who would not tear the neighborhood apart searching for me -- unless I was abandoned because my owner couldn’t afford to keep me as their pet anymore? Ah well, I’m not looking back! I was making a homeless man very agitated because the game store was "his territory." Thank heavens Foster Mom brought me home to foster me when she was alerted to my situation, and she promises to find me the fantastic forever home that I deserve the second time around. If you’re looking for a loyal, lovable, playful, and energetic companion for your active lifestyle, I’m ready to be your new best friend. Arrange to meet me today. I think you’ll find not only that am I stunningly beautiful eye candy, but also that spending time with me will a complete joy to your heart. Story
2 years old Baltimore is a very sweet and loving husky-malamute pup, who is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. We do prefer a home with another playful dog for him, as well as one with fully and adequately fenced yard, as, true to his breed, he does like to go explore if given a chance. Baltimore is not an alpha dog, and has no interest in guarding his stuff. But he likes to steal his foster brother's bed and foster sister's toys. He does chase his kitty sibling, and his foster mom is working on him about that, but having. a home without a cat would be ideal for him at this time. Baltimore is 45 lb, housebroken, fully vetted, neutered and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and kept on heartworm and flea preventative. Baltimore enjoys being outside, watching people, and having the option to go in whenever he wishes to. He also loves being petted and spend time with his humans as a lapdog. He can be goofy and talkative at times, and that is adorable and hilarious. To meet this gorgeous pup via facetime or whatsapp or other video chat apps, please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com Yards MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences.

Story
5 yo Axel and his sister Canada were rescued by their foster mom from a backyard breeder, and it was clear that they have gone through a lot in life. They are now looking for their forever home, where they can chase each other and play in a fully fenced yard. Axel and Canada are very calm and quiet husky -malamute pups. They both enjoy being outside and going on car rides. They know the leashes very well. They get very excited, so they will pull when walking them. They need a dog owner with active lifestyles and plenty of time. They know to shake before going into the house. They know their beds. They know to sit before taking a snack. They both enjoy being outside chewing on a rawhide-free toy under the sun. I know they’re huskies, but they do like sun-bathing. Canada is the female black and white Siberian Husky. She is about 60 lbs. She enjoys lower back scratches and being brushed. Canada likes to watch and stare at anything you do. She is a curious girl. She is still hesitant about humans. So please be easy and slow with her. She likes to start by smelling your hands. I guess that’s her way of knowing if their evil hands or good hands. She does not do well with children of all ages, just adults. She doesn’t mind meeting other dogs. Axel is the white malamute/husky mix. He is about 50 lbs, and he is a jolly boy. He will greet anyone with a big grin, a wagging tail, and the happy energy that only a husky can emanate. He will sit with his back against your two feet and wait for pets. He is smart. He knows the drill. Once you have a routine, he will get it quickly. He likes to get on furniture. His personality is lively. He is a toy hogger. He likes to have access to all the toys. He doesn’t like meeting other dogs. He prefers to only play with his sister, Canada. He loves getting his belly rubbed. He enjoys cuddles, too. These two need positive reinforcement after what they have been through. They deserve a chance to live the other half of their lives being huskies. Canada and Axel both really have the best of hearts. They just need love. They are fully vetted, fixed and chipped. They would do good with anyone with previous husky experience. They are bonded, so they have to find a home where they can be adopted together. They are not tested with cats, and they do get excited upon seeing dogs. trying to play. They need a home without other pets, and kids. They are both heartworm negative and is kept on heartworm and flea preventative. The pups are being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. Their adoption fee and transport fee together is $600 for USA. To meet these gorgeous pups via facetime or whatsapp or other video chat apps, please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com Yards MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences.
