Story
Brioche is 2 years old. She weighs about 55 lbs. She is a very affectionate dog that enjoys being in the house. She is house and crate trained. She sleeps in her crate overnight without issues. Brioche is very playful and enjoys playing with her toys. She enjoys going for car rides and especially loves running around the park and chasing squirrels. When walked on a leash, there is typically no issue with pulling unless she spots a squirrel. I even ride my bike while holding her and her sister on a leash! She listens to commands well. When outside, she will not come inside the house without permission to enter. She is really good at being still and obedient during grooming time as I have had no issues doing these things myself - including trimming and grinding her nails. She is part of a bonded pair, so it would be great if both were considered together, but that's not mandatory.

Story
****This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas**** Meet Aileron, an 11-month-old husky mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of potential. This sweet boy may be shy at first, but once he warms up, his love and loyalty shine brightly. With his soft coat and soulful eyes, Aileron is as handsome as he is endearing. Aileron thrives in a calm and patient environment where he can build confidence at his own pace. He’s looking for a family who will understand his timid nature and help him blossom into the amazing companion he’s meant to be. While he may take a little time to come out of his shell, the bond you’ll form with Aileron will be unbreakable. Despite his reserved demeanor, Aileron still has a playful side. He enjoys exploring the outdoors and would benefit from a secure yard or regular walks where he can stretch his legs and take in the world at his own pace. He’s good with other gentle dogs and could thrive with a canine companion who can show him the ropes. If you’re looking for a sweet, sensitive, and special pup to complete your family, Aileron could be the perfect match. With love and patience, this shy boy will reward you with endless loyalty and affection. Could you be the one to give Aileron the forever home he deserves? *** Please apply to foster or adopt online at www.corridorrescue.org Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org The adoption fee of $275 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines. Transport is available and can be discussed on an individual basis. Thank you for considering a rescued former street dog for your next family member!

Story
****This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas**** Meet Jet, an 11-month-old husky mix with a heart as big as his energy level! This handsome boy is the perfect blend of playfulness and affection. With his sleek coat and soulful eyes, Jet is sure to steal your heart the moment you meet him. Jet is still a pup at heart, which means he’s full of energy and curiosity about the world. He’s also incredibly smart and eager to learn, so he’d thrive with a family committed to continuing his training and providing plenty of mental and physical stimulation. Sadly, his enthusiasm for life and joy of exploring the world around him means Jet is *very* prone to ingesting things he shouldn't, so he must be exceedingly well-monitored with toys of any kind; no plush toys survive his antics, nor do ropes and he absolutely has no qualms about stealing (and EATING) socks! He's one to keep a close eye on for sure! If you’re searching for an adventurous, loyal, and loving companion, Jet is ready to take off on the journey of a lifetime—by your side! Could this sweetheart be the perfect fit for your family? *** Please apply to foster or adopt online at www.corridorrescue.org Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org The adoption fee of $275 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines. Story
Shay is a gentle and Elegant Husky/Lab mix. She does her best to follow your lead, always wanting to please, Shay Shay is extremely kind with dogs large and small, pups, cats and people. She wants to sleep very close to you. Shay would like to be in a family that can appreciate and enjoy her calm, gentle behavior and brag on her too. Shay, Shay is a bit on the side of careful with anything new. She trusts you whole heartedly once she knows you are on her side with love, compassion and affection. Believe it or not she does not shed, or if so it is hard see. Shay is adjusting to adoption events where she is a little intimidated but she’s getting more and more used to it. The best thing I can say about her is she is very kind to all the family pets in my home and she’s great with the adults. We have no children in the home but at adoption event she is very humble with children too. She is wonderful with my Chihuahua and my small 20 lb new foster. He plays with her constantly and she plays so sweet with him. He trust her wholeheartedly and so do I. Hope to see you soon. Shay is at PetSmart adoptions in the Woodlands area almost every weekend. We can also schedule a meet and greet. I’d love this dog for my own, but it is my job to find her a loving home in order to help another dog just like her get off the streets or out of danger. Shay is so lucky &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143April 5, 2025, 11:58 am
