Story
This sweet baby girl was left by her owner in a small fenced in backyard hidden from the world. A neighbor noticed the dog starving and started to feed it. I helped get the dog out of the terrible situation. She was so skinny never loved on and was hopeless. I have four kids and three other dogs and my husband works out of town Monday through Friday. I am completely overwhelmed! I have called every shelter in the Nashville area and nobody will take her as they are all too full. She is a very shy, timid dog, but she has some love to give please somebody help me! I did my part and I saved her and I have never been able to find anybody to help me take her. No shelter will accept her and I feel like I am going to lose my mind soon. I have way too much on my plate and I’m praying this is the right place to find her a home. The vet said she is about 10 or 11.

Story
Luna is a pretty girl looking for a forever home. She is a two-year-old beautiful husky. She is very sweet but a little on the timid side until she gets warmed up to you. She is spayed and current on all shots and preventions. I would prefer she go to a cooler northern environment. Luna gets along very well with others, she has the pack mentality. She is very loyal and loving. She loves to run and play with the others in her pack. She has not shown aggressive behaviors. She would do well with older children and other pets. Not so sure about cats. She is very, very smart. I would recommend her as a good family pet. Saved from a high-kill shelter by another rescue only to wind up in another shelter when that rescue left her in boarding in an Alabama warehouse for an extensive period. Please reach out if you are interested in this sweet girl!

Story
Blue came into the home about 8 months ago. He is high energy and needs someone with land/ a fenced in back yard. He loves going on hikes, playing with his toys, taking car ride, and adventuring everywhere. He is a cuddeler, but is used to sleeping in his crate at night. He is an anxious and needs somewhere he can feel safe without lots of new people around. Blue has had lots of training and knows basic commands as well as never had an accident in the house. He is not a chewer and is not destructive. He loves going to the dog park and running around with other dogs his size. He has been around young and older children and does well with them. His best match would be an active owner with a property able to run around and play.

Story
My partner and I are looking to re-home our sweet 2-year-old Siberian Husky, Simba. We originally took him in from a man who could no longer care for him due to ongoing health issues. Since then, we've provided a safe and loving home, but due to our increasingly busy schedules, we can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves. He would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and love. Huskies are high-energy dogs, so he would do best with an active owner or a family that has experience with the breed. We want to ensure Simba goes to a great home where he will be well cared for. If you or someone you know is interested, please message me. Serious inquiries only.

Story
Meet Newt, a remarkable young Husky born in March 2024, whose resilience and zest for life inspire everyone who meets her. She came into the world with advanced cataracts, leaving her with limited vision. Thanks to a successful eye surgery provided by SOAR Rescue, Newt now has partial sight, and she's eagerly experiencing the world in a whole new way. Though still visually impaired, this spirited girl is unstoppable! Newt is as affectionate as she is brave. She's gentle, and loves the company of both humans and other dogs, making her an ideal companion for a household with another pet to help guide her and keep her company. Newt's ongoing health needs mean she'll thrive with a family committed to proactive veterinary care, including regular check-ins with a veterinary ophthalmologist to maintain her vision and a strong, consistent relationship with a trusted vet to keep her health on track. Despite her unique challenges, Newt is full of curiosity, playfulness, and love. She's looking for a forever home that will embrace her needs, celebrate her spirit, and offer the support she needs to flourish. If you're ready to open your heart to a truly special dog, Newt may just be the perfect match for you.
