Sonya is a friendly, funny, dignified, and gentle furry friend! This adult dog is full of love and is waiting for the perfect family to adopt her. She is affectionate and loves giving kisses, but can also be a bit playful. It is unknown if she gets along with other dogs, so she would do best in a home where she is the only pet. Sonya is a sweet and loyal companion, and she's sure to bring lots of love and laughter to her new forever home. If you are interested in adopting this sweet fur-baby please call our office at (423)625-8444 or send us a message by Facebook or email at animalcontrol@newporttn.org. **This pet is eligible to be adopted through Pets For Patriots! Meet Leo! Leo has been DNA tested and we know that he is a Siberian Husky/Great Pyrenees/Mountain Cur mix. He has a beautiful soft golden coat with golden brown eyes. Leo is a very sweet boy who loves to be with his humans, but he is leery of men until he gets to know them. He does overcome this fear with the help of treats and patience. Next thing you know, he will be your best friend. At the shelter, Leo was known as the play yard rockstar because he gets along so well with other dogs. He knows several commands, such as "sit, "down, "shake, and "leave it". Leo will need a 6 foot privacy fenced backyard and a playful canine companion in his new home. Leo can't wait to meet you!
