Story
Ready for the total package? I have lived with little children, been around dogs and cats and was well cared for by my previous owner. I love room to explore and so an active lifestyle would fit me well. I am super playful and cuddly, but I take a moment to warm up to strangers. I am potty trained well and my previous mama could trust me off leash outside and out of kennel home alone. Sleeping in bed with humans is fun past time for me. If I sound like a match, let's meet.

Story
Meet Hallow, a spirited white husky mix whose playful personality shines through every day. With his fluffy coat, Hallow is a delightful companion who loves to frolic and play with his favorite toys. His enthusiasm for fun is infectious, and he can often be found chasing after balls or tugging on ropes, sometimes a little too zealously! Hallow's zest for life is matched only by his selective palate; he is quite the picky eater and has a discerning taste when it comes to his meals. Despite his charming nature, Hallow has a few quirks that make him uniquely him. He likes to keep his area spotless, showcasing his tidy habits, but he also has a strong sense of ownership when it comes to his food and toys. Sharing isn’t in his playbook, and he prefers to keep his treasures all to himself. With Hallow, you’ll find a loyal friend who brings joy and energy to any home, along with a dash of his own distinct personality! Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.

Story
Wool, hullow there. Elvis is the name. You should know that I am a true gentleman and I pride myself on how calm and relaxed I am, though I can be a bit scared of loud or new noises. I am also a dog who is a cheap date because I don’t really care for toys…in fact, I am more scared of them than they are of me. Things I do like include, but are not limited to, being brushed, playing with my dog brother and being near my people. I am crate trained and am used to sleeping in there at night. I have lived with kids in the past and did well, but I will go lay down in a quiet place if they get too rowdy. Did I mention that I am cat friendly? I bet you are thinking that I am pretty stinking special- a handsome AND calm/well mannered dog. Thank you, thank you very much. Let’s meet and I can prove it!

Story
Batman is approximately 2-3 years old male Husky mix(?). He is great with other dogs and loves to play. He’s seen cats and didn’t really pay a ton of attention to them, but he has shown a few other traits pointing to a prey drive – so he would likely do best without the temptation. Batman adores people and loves to get attention. He would prefer to hang out and do things with his humans all the time vs being left alone, but he does fine. He is kennel trained (sturdier the better!) and has been good about not having accidents but needs to be watched for marking. Batman is super smart and has proven he can be an escape artist. He would do best with a family experienced with the breed. Batman is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm tested negative, microchipped and current on his preventatives. Batman adoption donation fee is $300.00. Interested in adopting ? Apply today at www.sarahstreasuresrescue.net to get the process started!
