Story
Siberian Husky born 10/18/2023 in need of an experienced adult only handler with a fenced yard. His behaviors are not typical for this breed, shows aggression toward other animals (dogs, cat) and too rough with children, a home with children is not recommended. He is currently crated at night, separate from other animals and children, and spends most time outdoors in a fenced yard alone unless on a leash because of his aggression. I suspect he’d run if given the opportunity. He digs and chews. He’s manageable in an adult only environment but becomes territorial in the yard and will lunge and nip constantly unless on a leash. Extremely fast and almost impossible to catch. Despite all of this, when being handled, he seems more nervous and timid than aggressive—a completely different personality and turns into a mush. He is microchipped/ACA registered.

Story
Meet Keira and Kona - **Age:** 2 years old - **Get along with:** Other dogs, kids - **Not good with:** Cats - **Health:** Spayed and microchipped Kiera and Kona are resilient husky mixes who have overcome tremendous odds after being rescued from a flooded home in Tennessee following Hurricane Helene, where they were saved from the rising waters on a life raft. These sweet girls are now thriving in New York, where they are enjoying their snowy landscape, wagging their tails, licking up snow, and playing like puppies. They are not only loving companions who enjoy singing the songs of their people, but they also walk well on a leash, making walks a delightful experience. Both girls are good with kids and other dogs, though they prefer a cat-free home. While they can be adopted separately, they would make a wonderful pair for someone looking to welcome two lovable companions into their life. Would you open your heart and home to these adorable girls?

Story
Mama Roxie found herself is a scary situation, pregnant and on the streets of Dallas TX.  But now she is living her best life in an upstate NY foster home.  Roxie had a DNA test where we learned she was 37% husky (plus alot of other breeds!).  She is just under 4 years old and learning how to just be a happy dog - she seems to really love men and would do great with an active young guy!   She is doing well learning the basics and is very smart - Roxie will make an amazing companion we know it!.  She is good with other dogs and is a happy go lucky social girl.  She would also prefer a kitty free house.   All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.
