Story
Aura's personality: Aura is an amazing husky with a lot of energy and loves to play. He is very intelligent and learns quickly. He will get along really well with most people and rarely ever gets grumpy. Truthfully, he's a very happy dog and easy to fall in love with. He's rarely defiant for a husky and I've never personally had issues with him. He's just a really good dog. The situation: I am a long haul trucker and cannot take care of him anymore. He was staying with family, but my family members are currently neglecting, due to unfortunate circumstances. I absolutely need him out of that house VERY FAST, as his needs are not being met in the slightest and I'm afraid he'll get ill from the neglect, or worse. I'm hoping a loving person can adopt him and give him all the love he needs. He's so sweet and deserves the best. Please, someone save this beautiful dog, I can't bear knowing he's in pain and being neglected. I just want him to be happy and healthy.

Story
Are you ready for fun, frolic and just want to have a good time? Well, I’m your gal! Hey there, I’m known as Daffy. No, not like Daffy the Duck, I’m Daffy the “Friendly to all People” girl that is 6 months old and about 45# that’s looking for not only a good time but a “Furever Home”! Presently living in a rescue/kennel environment, I do need to learn a few things. But being a smart Husky/Pit mix, I’m ready and willing to take my next step and learn to be a great buddy for the whole family. I love to play not only with 2 legged folks, large and small, but also other dogs and possibly cats if given a correct introduction. I’m eager to please, affectionate, loyal, even tempered and yes, even a little “Goofy” in my play. Ball you say, GREAT! Just give it a toss! Huskies are known to be “Free-Spirited”, agile, athletic, ready to explore the outside world and good-natured with everyone. Daffy is just that and more. She is a beautiful pup that is excited to see everyone. Once she says hello, she will settle down and take in your love. Please give my rescue a call to meet me, you will not be disappointed! Daffy is “like Taffy” sweet in demeanor and will stick to your side as you explore together.   DOB: 11/24/23  Pups are Pitbull/Husky mixes.  They are spayed and ready for homes.  Both are very friendly with people and other dogs.  We are not looking to adopt them together. To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. Story
Meet Tosh, a playful, high-energy Husky who’s looking for an adventure-loving family to call his own! With his striking blue eyes and iconic Husky markings, Tosh is sure to steal your heart. True to his breed, he’s full of energy and curiosity, always ready to explore the world and have fun. If you’re looking for a running or hiking partner, Tosh is your guy! Tosh is happiest when he’s active, so he’d do best with a family who can keep up with his energetic spirit. He’s very intelligent and would thrive with someone who understands the Husky personality—a bit independent but deeply loyal. He’ll love to run around with you or play tug-of-war in the backyard. Ideal Home: Tosh would do best in an active home with a secure yard where he can stretch his legs and burn off energy. Since he has the typical Husky “escape artist” tendency, a high, secure fence is a must and AirTag! lol. He’d be a great fit for someone who loves outdoor activities and will keep up with his active lifestyle.

Story
HELLO!! Meet Jax! He is a 4 year old red husky. He is the sweetest boy. He loves to play and he loves being around people. He loves other dogs. And he loves children. He is such a sweetheart. He is house trained. He CANNOT go without a leash or a tie out as he is a runner and just loves to explore. He doesn’t like being alone. He’s only ever been alone 1 time and he was heartbroken. He has been around 1 cat in his life, although I do not think he’d hurt a cat he chased her constantly. If you have anymore questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me.

Story
Hello, my name is Bernard and let me tell you my tale.I`m a rambunctious Siberian husky that found my way to the shelter as a stray - as you know, my breed enjoys a good romp and wander but I was never reclaimed.I need work on crate-training and while I am sometimes good when left alone, I also (as is normal for my breed) like to get into mischief when I`m alone. Hey, I get bored so I like to sing and chew things, I just don`t always know what`s mine or yours.I have been living with another dog in my foster home and enjoy having a canine companion around. I cannot live with any cats or other small furry animals, as I like to give chase.I am a bouncy boy and love people, maybe too much because I have a history of playing a little too rough with people. I forget that I`m a big boy with teeth and people aren`t dogs. I am requiring my future people be 15 and older as well as experienced with huskies or big mouthy guys like me so I can continue working on myself and being the bestest husky around. I also must have a doggie friend to live with, as it helps me tremendously to be my best self.Do you have room in your home for a pup like me? If the answer is yes then come down to the shelter and lets meet!---If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application as I am in a foster home and available BY APPOINTMENT only.---The Pennsylvania SPCA - Lancaster Center848 S.
