Story
Hello there! My name is Conifer, Nice to meet you! I am a very active young pup who is looking for a new bed to crash on! My friends here say that I am a very smart, agile dog who thrives off attention and snacks! I have met a few other furry friends during my time here and while I love them, my energy and intensity can be a little off putting for older, slower dogs. I should meet any potential siblings before I go home with you. If I sound like a good fit for your home, come meet me, Conifer, today!

Story
Hi, I'm Nina, a 12-year-old Alaskan Shepherd/Husky mix. I might be a bit older, but I've got plenty of love and energy to share! During the day, I enjoy lounging around and taking naps, but I'll definitely let you know when I need to go out or want some attention. Despite being a husky, I'm not aloof at all. I love being brushed and sitting outside with my person - it's one of my favorite pastimes. I'm crate trained and sleep comfortably in my crate at night, though I also enjoy sleeping outside of it too. I'm great with kids and other people once I get to know you. I'm housetrained and know basic commands, especially when treats are involved. I'm a smart cookie and will check the yard for any escape routes, so it's important that fences and gates are secure. I enjoy going for a mile walk twice a day, and I could even go longer, but my human gets tired. On walks, my husky side really comes out - I like to be in front a little and can get easily distracted by other dogs or cats. I don't like being outside alone for long periods, and I really don't get along with cats. If given the chance, I might chase chickens too. I will be your calm, wise companion and will bring so much joy and love to your life.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beautiful young adult female husky mix, smart and friendly.Meet Perla, AKA Pearl, a very sweet and friendly young female who loves to hug her humans, she will wrap her paws around you to be cuddled! Perla was abandoned at a construction site in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. She was young and had 4 other male dogs chasing after her, trying to mate with her. She was scared but also very friendly, and we were able to rescue her and get her vaccinated and sterilized. She is now a healthy, active girl who loves playing with other dogs, requires lots of walks/runs/hikes, and enjoys running and playing at dog parks. She's petite and portable yet has big dog energy, a gorgeous snow white coat, and one blue eye and one brown. Perla is also very smart, and has already learned how to sit for treats. She has a high drive and loves looking for birds and bunnies on her walks, and is food motivated, so we think she is very easy to train and is ready to become someone's very special dog. If you put the time in to teach her new things, there's no doubt she will surprise you with her ability to learn and become an active and very loving member of your family!  Perla is house broken, knows how to use a doggie door, and is crate trained. Story
1.5 year old Husky and Catahoula Leopard mix named Gator. He is great with other dogs and kids. He is neutered. He is potty trained and knows some basic commands. He has lately been escaping from my house when people come in and out of the door and I am worried he will get hit by a car in the neighborhood (I live near a main road with lots of traffic). Would like for him to go to a home with some property for him to run and roam or to a family with lots of energy to take him for frequent walks/exercise. Please message for more details.

Story
This is from the AKC Website "Akitas are burly, heavy-boned spitz-type dogs of imposing stature. Standing 24 to 28 inches at the shoulder, Akitas have a dense coat that comes in several colors, including white. The head is broad and massive, and is balanced in the rear by a full, curled-over tail. The erect ears and dark, shining eyes contribute to an expression of alertness, a hallmark of the breed. Akitas are quiet, fastidious dogs. Wary of strangers and often intolerant of other animals, Akitas will gladly share their silly, affectionate side with family and friends. They thrive on human companionship. The large, independent-thinking Akita is hardwired for protecting those they love. They must be well socialized from birth with people and other dogs." It's pretty dang accurate for Ali as well, once she loves you she LOVES you but you have to EARN it. So if you have Akita experience give us a call! We love this girl and want to see her THRIVE.
