Story
Meet Roxy the rockstar! She's a siberian husky, approximately 2.5 years old. In some ways Roxy is not your average husky: she's on the lazier side. She's happy to go for a walk or hike but isn't going to destroy your house if she doesn't meet her step quota. Roxy is also very social with other dogs her size and energy level! We like to say that Roxy makes an excellent "gorge dog" because she's so versatile for the area that we live in. Roxy does have some typical husky traits: she sheds A LOT, be prepared for lots of brushing and hair explosions and she has a very high prey drive, so no kitties or small, fast-moving creatures. If you're interested in meeting Roxy, please follow the link below to fill out our adoption application. Her adoption fee is $350, which includes her spay, microchip and vaccinations. https://hoodriveradoptadog.org/adopt/adoption-process/

Story
"Hello, My Name Is Kyle... and I Like to Party!"(But like, the responsible kind of party where we go on a walk, maybe chase a squirrel, and then pass out on the couch. Okay, maybe not that responsible.)This handsome 3.5-year-old Husky dude is looking for his forever home, and it's gotta be with people who have a LOT of free time. Seriously, I'm a Husky. Attention is my love language. Did I mention I'm VERY vocal? Think of me as your personal furry commentator on life, squirrels, and the occasional passing leaf.I'm working on my manners (handling can be a little tricky), but I'm a super fast learner, especially if treats are involved! (Did someone say "bacon"?) Basically, I need a family who's as goofy and energetic as me, who understands that sometimes "zoomies" happen, and who's down for a lifetime of adventures (and maybe a few naps in between).Think you can handle this much awesome? Come check me out today! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 67.4 Age: 3yrs 9mths 0wks

Story
Hey there, I'm Marvin! I'm a super energetic 1.5 year old husky who loves life and all things exciting. 🐾 I'm always up for an adventure, whether it's a game of fetch, a hike in the woods, or just a good old-fashioned zoomie session in the backyard. I'll admit, I'm still working on some of my manners (I can be a bit jumpy and mouthy at times!), but I'm a very quick learner, especially when there are tasty treats involved! My ideal family is active and loves the outdoors just as much as I do. I need lots of exercise and mental stimulation every day, and I'd love for my humans to continue my training - it'll be a great way for us to bond! If you're looking for a fun-loving, high-energy companion to share your adventures with, come meet me! I promise to bring endless excitement (and maybe a little bit of mischief) into your life. 😉 Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 65 Age: 1yrs 6mths 0wks

Story
Sapphire is a beautiful 5 year old Siberian Husky who needs to have a home with no other pets if possible. She does fine with passing dogs on a walk but doesn't do well if forced to interact. Cats are fun to chase so probably not the dog for someone who has cats but she's great with children. She's house trained and is a lover. Her owner is unable to care for her anymore so she is with friends but has to stay separated due to her inability to socialize with other dogs. She will need spayed and that amount is included in her adoption donation of $250. Please complete an application if you'd like to meet her.October 16, 2024, 12:16 am
