Story
Darcy and Kapri are a bonded pair of love bugs, they must be adopted together. Darcy and Kapri are from the same breeder, but are not littermates. Both are around 9 years old with about 3 months difference between them. Darcy is a mostly white/gray male with one blue eye and one brown/blue eye. Kapri is a female with mostly black and gray, with one blue eye and one brown eye. Darcy (40 pounds) has a thick coat that needs to be combed at least weekly. Kapri`s (30 pounds) coat is not as thick but still needs combed. They will need grooming. Both are high energy dogs for seniors but will settle down fairly quickly. Darcy is food motivated but not aggressive. Kapri loves to lick you, kisses hourly if you let her. Daily walks should help even out their energy level and they love to go on walks. They can eat together so no food aggression issues. They can sleep in a crate together or on your bed or floor - up to you. They are a very sweet loving pair. They love people and other dogs - dont know about cats, tho Darcy was super interested in the kennel cats at the office. They were originally surrendered by their owner due to health issues and being unable to care for the dogs any longer. they are looking again for a for-ever home. Please contact us by filling out the application to meet this loveable pair on Our website - OFOSA.ORG. Must go to a home (NOT an Apartment) with a secured fenced yard and BREED knowledge : POMSKY = Pomeranian/Husky mix. Their adoption fee is $400 total for 2 dogs.

Story
HI - I'M PATCH! I'm a 1-1/2-year-old husky mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was rescued from a California high-kill shelter in the nick of time. I LOVE human attention and affection. I would do well with a single person or people who are active, and who love to go for walks, hikes and other outings. I'm still young but well behaved. I pose well for pictures! I could possibly do well with a female my size, though I'd also thrive as an only dog. Overall I'm a loving boy who simply needs someone to love me back! Please email for an application.

Story
Hi! My name is Joey and I am a one year old neutered male Siberian Husky. I had a bit of a rough start in life with a few changes but since being at my foster parent`s house, I have really come out of my shell and am really a happy, affectionate dog. I am crate trained and housetrained. My foster parents have two huskies and a smaller terrier and I love playing with them all day long. I have been going with them to a Doggy Daycare and I think that`s the best! I really like being with another dog, it helps me. I would enjoy being in a home with other dogs. I haven`t met a cat yet but I don`t think I should live in a home with one since I like to chase things! I`d probably do best in a home with kids that are a little older, maybe six and up, since I am still learning my manners and get overexcited and jump on people. I absolutely love everyone I meet and want all the attention all the time. I am not sure what to do with toys yet but my foster brother is slowly teaching me. I have a LOT of energy so apartment life is not for me. I need a home with a solid fence and a yard and a family that wants to do things with me and make me part of their family. To meet me fill out the application on OFOSA.ORG at the bottom of the available dogs page. My adoption fee is $ 320 for a fully vetted boy!

Story
HI - I'M SNOW! I'm a gorgeous white Siberian Husky in need of a foster or forever home. I was rescued from a crowded California in the nick of time. I am a sweet & shy boy, who would love a human person or people to take me for walks, hikes and other outings -- and give me a good brushing now and then. I do well with other dogs and am sweet and gentle with people. I weigh only 49 lbs. Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.

Story
HI - I'M JAMES! I'm a 3-1/2-year-old dog-friendly husky mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was rescued from a California shelter over a year ago, and have been waiting for a home ever since! I'm not sure why it's taking so long - I'm great with other dogs, love people and I'm a happy, loving boy. I was kenneled with a female dog at the shelter. I'm gentle, smart and active - and I would do well with someone who loves to go for long walks or hikes. I weigh only about 50-55 lbs. Please email for an application.
