Story
Hi, I`m Nina! I`m about 3 months old and weigh 30 lbs.I am a young puppy with lots of energy! I`m working on some mouthy behaviors and I may be too much for small children. I need a family who is willing to teach me how to be the best girl I can be! Puppy classes will help set me up for success! It is important for me to continue socializing so I grow up to love children, adults and other animals.Greenhill is committed to my continued growth and success, which is pretty cool! For this to happen, my post adoption training is crucial. It is very important to consider puppy training classes and to educate yourself on proper training techniques as to ensure my best upbringing.I came into the shelter as a surrender and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Adoption Fee $350Weight: 43.4 lbsArrival Date: 5/20Microchip ID #941010002839210From the edges of an enchanted realm (okay, maybe just the back kennels), emerges Skye; a mystical husky mix with the grace of an arctic fox and eyes that gleam like golden lanterns, breaking through the early morning fog. She doesn’t bound toward you like a mere mortal pup, oh no. Skye approaches with the gentle dignity of a forest spirit, offering soft kisses once you`ve earned her trust. Quiet and ethereal, Skye is not one for loud barks or chaotic spells. She prefers to observe, taking in the world with a wisdom far beyond her years. But in the company of fellow four-legged adventurers, she springs to life, her playful side shining like a secret revealed under the full moon. Her amber eyes don’t just see you. They see into you, as if she’s reading the forgotten pages of your soul. And when she chooses you, you’ll feel it like a blessing from the stars.Skye is waiting for a kindred spirit, a fellow traveler with a gentle heart and a patient presence. Embark on your journey to SafeHaven and meet Skye. Take her home, and discover that the real magic was always meant to walk beside you on four paws.

It’s Abel’s turn now and he’s looking forward to quiet moments with his new pack member. Abel is loyal and friendly, but he comes off reserved. Shelter life is a big adjustment for him and he is still learning the ropes. Abel is walking better on a leash since his arrival, sits for treats, and enjoys the company of certain dogs he has met. Three words to describe Abel are Floof, Aloof, and bit of a Goof. Looking to add a husky to your everyday adventures? Stop by SafeHaven to meet Abel and get to know this one-of-a-kind dog!

Story
Hello fellow adventurers! My name is Nalia and I am looking for new places to explore! My new friends here at Heartland say I am a very sweet girl who loves treats, and pets even more. I do have a prey drive, so I will likely be most successful in a home with no small animals. I love other dogs though! I love to play and chase and run! If I sound like a good companion, ask to meet me, Nalia, Today!

Story
Meet Rose! Rose was surrendered to a shelter along with her best friends Mr Gold for unknown reasons. She is now looking for a forever home to spend her golden years in along with Mr Gold by her side. Rose is a happy, sweet girl who is also confident, outgoing and affectionate. Despite loosing their home and family, Rose and Mr Gold have adapted beautifully and settled right in. Even though this gal is in her senior years she is a real go getter and has great mobility! She loves her daily walks and has quite a bit of pep in her step. Rose has done well with other dogs and we believe would do just fine living with another canine pal. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates! If you would like to be considered as Rose's forever home, be sure to submit an adoption application on our website! Adoption fee includes; spay/neuter, microchip, microchip registration, dewormer, fecal testing, flea/tick prevention and age-appropriate vaccines. Rose would do great in a home with...Cats : Dogs : Yep!  Kiddos : Yep!   ##2330874##
