Sparky is a one year old male mixed breed. Our best guess is that he is a pitsky. Sparky is a very athletic and energetic dog. He loves to go on walks and to go for car rides. He is good with gentle female dogs and is okay with children. He absolutely loves to crawl into your lap and be a lap dog. Sparky is around 50 pounds and has a beautiful shiny coat. He is very smart and knows how to sit, both with the voice command and the hand signal. He is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $100. Maria is a 3 year old female husky mix. She is very smart and loyal. She can be shy at first but once she warms up to you, she will never leave your side. She absolutely loves her people and loves to give kisses. She will never turn down a car ride. She gets along well with playful dogs and is okay with cats. Maria would prefer a quieter household with older children. She would really love to have a family who is home most of the time. She keeps a clean kennel and is most likely house trained, as she previously lived in a house. Maria is capable of jumping a 6-foot fence. If you give this pretty girl a chance, she will reward you with years of loyalty. She is spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. Meet Avi! He is the true meaning of rescue. Avi used to live with an abusive owner, until we changed his path! He has come so far, and has been clicker trained, but is still healing and will need a patient adopter who is willing to continue his training. He is about 9 years old and weighs around 55 lbs. He loves everyone he meets, but is not good with children or cats, and doesn't understand why they move so fast. He is slow to trust, but very playful and affectionate once he knows he is safe. Avi will jump a fence that is smaller than 6 ft tall, and will need long daily walks. He currently lives with and loves his boxer bulldog mix foster brother, but knows he is the pretty one! A home with another playful husky or other dog similar in size would be ideal! HUSKY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. CANNOT BE PLACED WITH CHILDREN OR CATS. If you want to be a part of Avi's recovery and future, and are willing to invest in long term training, apply for him today!
