Story
Hi! My name is Judge. I was surrendered to the shelter with my brother Jacoby by a backyard breeder at only 5 weeks old. I’m getting to be a big boy now and am ready to find my family. I am a typical puppy and don’t have an off switch. I can get very vocal but it's just because I have so much to say! I love to explore and get into things. I have had a great start at socialization and am very brave in new experiences. My favorite past time is digging holes and climbing on things. I am crate trained and am working very hard on learning my commands. I'm good at sharing my toys and even do good with the cat! My new family must understand my needs and what it will take to make me a happy, well adjusted adult. Daily vigorous exercise, and exposure to new things is a must. I am super bestest buddies with my pal Hemlock - https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/40400664-dayton-ohio-american-pit-bull-terrier. We get along so well that the folks here are MVPC say that we CAN be adopted together. So, if you're ready for the best dynamic duo around - pick us! If you choose to adopt me and my friend together the adoption fee is $500 for us both. ADOPTION FEE: $300 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained). If you choose to adopt me and my friend together the adoption fee is $500 for us both. ADOPTER: Dog experience BIRTHDAY: 5/28/2024 FENCE: Required (an electric fence is not an acceptable form of containment) DOG FRIENDLY: Yes DOGS IN HOME: Yes, my pal Hemlock & I can be adopted together! CATS: Yes CHILDREN: Yes, 8 and over I AM READY TO GO HOME!! If you are approved to be my new family, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $300 when MVPC comes to visit your house with me! If you choose to adopt me and my friend together the adoption fee is $500 for us both. ***WE DO NOT HOLD DOGS. IF YOU ARE GOING ON VACATION OR ARE NOT YET READY TO PROCEED PLEASE APPLY WHEN YOU ARE.*** INQUIRIES: ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25. DO NOT: USE THE PETFINDER INQUIRY/CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those and you will not receive a response. PLEASE NOTE: We are volunteer based and a home visit is required; we have a two-hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions for our ADULT dogs only, though rare, may be made on a case-by-case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding! Story
Freya is a wonderful dog and very well loved. My husband and I adopted her when we got our first apartment. She was my therapy animal when I was struggling with a severe panic disorder. She was with us for the birth of our son and has always been a part of his life. She's helped me through some of the toughest times in my life, and it kills me to have to find a new home for her. Unfortunately, medical emergencies cost my husband his old job, and the new one doesn't pay as well. We were still managing to support her just fine, but now she's starting to develop hip dysplasia and is struggling more and more to get up and down the stairs to our apartment. We can't afford veterinary care anymore, and she's getting old. We also can't afford to live anywhere else right now, either. Freya is incredibly mellow and well-behaved. Her hips are starting to go, and she's always been prone to skin allergies, particularly to fleas.

Story
I found my husky thru Buckeye puppies in Indiana. He is a sweet and playful dog. He loves attention but also has his moments when he wants to do his own thing. He is 1 years old his birthday April 9th . Due to my work schedule and living arrangements now I’m unable to care for him. Just looking for a loving family to take him and give him the love and care I wish I could

Story
Come meet me and LOTS of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Beach Paw-ty! Saturday, June 7th, 2025 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm! Oni is a 2-month-old, 10lb husky puppy with a sweet and spunky personality. She loves to wrestle with her brothers and play with all of the toys, especially if you've got a good tug of war toy. She is very independent and will run around to explore by herself, she loves running around the yard to find all the best sticks! Oni is looking for an active family to teach her all about potty training and walking on a leash and give her lots of puzzles to keep her brain sharp! Oni is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $400.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
