Story
Meet Grizzle Grizzle is a sweet Siberian Husky mix with a charming personality. He loves a slow morning of sleeping in as much as he loves a good afternoon on the boat, a car ride with his head out the window, snuggles on the couch, or learning a new trick. Personality & Behavior: Initially reserved, Grizzle has come out of his shell and is now a loving and affectionate companion. He responds well to treat-based training and has learned commands like "sit, "lay, "paw, and "off. Grizzle loves learning new tricks and being challenged. He would benefit from a family that can spend time training him. Grizzle loves adventure, whether it's hiking, a boat ride, a roadtrip, a run, or just a short afternoon walk. He is his best self when he gets to experience a sense of exploration often and would thrive with an active family who can keep him stimulated. Daily Life and Needs: Grizzle needs a secure, fenced yard because he will test the boundaries if given the chance, as most huskies do. Once he has realized there are no escape routes though, he usually settles down to enjoy basking in the sun and laying in the grass. Crate and Potty Training: Grizzle is your typical Husky, as in he likes to talk - occasionally. Grizzle will go in a crate with a treat, however, he does have crate and separation anxiety - when left alone, he tends to howl and bark. He does best when he's allowed to free roam, he is polite and generally minds his manners when we are gone. For these reasons, we think Grizzle would do best in a home with a strong fence where someone is around frequently. He's not well-suited for apartment living due to his vocal nature. Grizzle is house broken but seems to only have accidents when left in his crate, which could be anxiety induced and is why we allow him to free roam the house when we leave. Grizzle does a good job at letting us know when he needs to go to the bathroom and when he is not in a crate, he is great with not using the bathroom inside. Children and Other Animals: Grizzle has not been around children, so his behavior with them is unknown. He is good at communicating his boundaries though and based on his current demeanor, he might be best suited for a home with older children or no children at all, as he prefers not to be unexpectedly grabbed or touched. Grizzle is currently adjusting to living with goats and a cat. While he's shown a relaxed demeanor around them, he still requires careful supervision. He's curious about the cat but generally maintains a respectful distance. At this time it seems he is selective of the dogs he wants to be around - slow introductions are important to Grizzle. Grizzle is a sweet and gentle companion who is looking for a loving family that can provide him with the care and attention he needs. If you're ready to welcome a devoted friend into your home, Grizzle might be the perfect fit! To schedule a meetup with Grizzle you can text Lee at 336-298-6798

Story
Ive had nanuk since he was 15 weeks, from a breeder in NC. Im a trucker so we travel around the country together. He enjoys our walks every day and isnt your typical husky. He is more relax and lazy dog who has spurts of energy. He is very treat oriented and knows several tricks. Good with commands and is completely house broken. He has been good with other animals, and kids but he prefers adults. I need to rehome him because Im planning on moving out of country and where Im headed they are making it difficult even for pet transport companies to move pets around. That plus the flight and mandatory 2 week quarantine wouldnt be best for him. Id prefer to keep him since he is my best and only friend, but I feel I must do whats best for him even if that means I have to find him a good loving home without me. I dont want any money for him, but I have to know he will be loved and cared for, its the least I can for my friend

Story
Grey is a 2yrs old as of June 13th Husky. He is a good dog and well-behaved for a Husky. He's good with older kids. He likes to play fetch and chew raw hides. He will go on his own adventure if you let him but he does come back. While he is still a Husky he is a very well behaved Husky. We have two very young girls, and he is just too big for them. I am unable to keep up with work and my own mobility issues. It breaks my heart, but I must do what's best for him. I'd rather he goes to a home where he can get the attention he deserves than have to be constantly separated. He has a kennel, collar, leash, bowls, food/food bin, and brushes. I'm not asking any money for him, just that he gets to go to a good home. 501-333-4454

Hey dog lovers! I am super sweet, but have no human to give my love to. I miss the cuddle time a lot, but my former human got really sick and couldn't keep me anymore. I am completely vaccinated, and will come to you completely trained in Basic Obedience by a professional trainer! Like most pups my age and breed, I have lots of energy and need play time or a job. By the way, I am 100% potty trained as well! I would love to come live with you, especially if you have little humans or another pup to play with! No adoption fee! But, will be vetted by a professional dog trainer/foster parent.

Story
Pluto is a great dog. He is very friendly and loves playing with other animals. Since he is a husky, he tends to try to escape if you let him out in a backyard. It is a good idea to have plenty of space for him to run free. He learns commands easily and is very food motivated. He is neutered and up to date on his shots!
