Story
We’re looking for a wonderful new home for our beautiful white Siberian Husky mix. She is 3 years old and has such a fun, loving personality. She’s incredibly friendly and does great with just about everyone—kids, other dogs, and even cats (she actually tries to play with them!). She’s potty trained, free-feeds without issue, and has a calm side too—while she gets excited when visitors come over, she settles down quickly. She’s the perfect mix of laid-back and playful. She enjoys being a little lazy most of the time but still loves to play when she gets the chance—especially if there are sticks involved! This decision has been very difficult for us. With two children under two, managing everything has become overwhelming, and she truly deserves more time, attention, and love than we’re able to give right now. We’re hoping to find her a home where she can be cherished, get plenty of affection, and continue being the sweet, happy dog she is.

Story
Zoey is a loving and loyal 6 year old who is looking for a new family! She enjoys lots of walks and belly rubs. She does not like other dogs and gets very stressed while in an environment with a lot of dogs. She also does not enjoy small children. Zoey would be great for a family with older children who are calm and respectful. Zoey listens very well and will be a loving member in your family. Ps. She does husky talk a lot 😆

In need of loving home!! Located in Statesville/Olin! This is Itachi. He’s a very loving, kid friendly, and cat friendly. Would probably prefer to be in a single dog household (he’s very dominant) He’s a neutered husky mix and up to date on rabies. Has high anxiety at times. ******Please note, once completing the initial screen you will be connected with the placement for a video chat. Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************ We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. IF you are not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply. If someone other than yourself is part of the decision making process, please make sure you have spoken with them and they are on board. We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. ___ Meet Celine Dion – a stunning 4-year-old Greyhound/Lab mix with a personality as big as her name! Weighing in around 58 pounds, Celine was rescued from the euthanasia list at a Houston shelter and has been thriving ever since in her loving foster home in North Carolina. She’s spayed, healthy, and available for out-of-state adoption once matched with an approved adopter—transport can be arranged to bring this superstar home to you! Celine is joyful, curious, and always ready for fun. She brings a playful spark wherever she goes—whether it’s romping in the yard with dog friends, chasing her favorite toy, or exploring new places. Her ideal playmates are other large dogs who enjoy an energetic buddy and don’t mind a little bounce in their step. She’d also be perfectly happy as the center of attention in a home where she can get plenty of activity and enrichment. This sweet girl is making great strides with her leash manners and training. She’s crate trained, housebroken, and settles quickly after an initial burst of excitement when it’s time for a walk. She’s eager to please and motivated by treats, which makes her a fun and responsive learner. Celine adores people and has done wonderfully around her foster’s 12-year-old child. She gets so excited to say hello that she sometimes forgets her size—but she’s learning to greet people more gently and is improving every day. Because of her enthusiasm, we recommend a home with kids over 10 who are comfortable around playful, happy dogs. She’s respectful with toys and food, shows no guarding behavior, and enjoys being near her humans for affection, praise, and snuggles. In the car, she may pant at first, but she’s gaining confidence with each ride—and a few more adventures will help her become a travel pro. Celine would thrive in an active home with room to stretch her legs, regular walks, and loving guidance to help her keep growing into her best self. Whether she’s your one-and-only or joins a friendly pack, she’s ready to fill your days with laughter, companionship, and love. Ready to be serenaded daily with joy and tail wags? Celine Dion is waiting to steal your heart. ___ ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown. We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. *** Interested in applying to adopt her? Patches is 8 months old and is such a sweet boy who is dog and kid friendly. He is also house trained as well. Patches is just a happy go lucky boy. He has been waiting for over 6 months for his home. We pulled Hazel, Patches' mom, from Duplin County Animal Shelter last summer. Hazel was going to be euthanized at the shelter. Hazel ended up being pregnant when we pulled her and two of her pups are still left and one is Patches. We do not know what breed the father was, but Hazel is a Siberian Husky/Shepherd Mix.
