After I get used to you, I like being around you and don't mind you picking me up or snuggling me. Story
Hoka was adopted through wake county spca on December 9th of 2024. We were told he was a stray in the mountains and was rescued when hurricane Helene hit. He was in the shelter since October of 2024. He is about a year and six months. He is very very friendly, loves children and does extremely well with them. He definitely needs someone who is able to stay home with him or is able to take him to work or places with them. He has very severe separation anxiety. He loves to play tug of war and loves his chew toys.

Story
Hi! I’m looking to rehome my 7 year old Siberian Husky. She is house broken and loves to snuggle and be up under you. She enjoys walks or laying around. She doesn’t howl like typical huskies but she is an escape artist! She is up to date on all shots, and is friendly with other animals.

Story
Meet Capone! I'm a silly, playful, and fun-loving guy who will keep you entertained with my delightful antics. You'll be pleased to know that I'm both crate and potty trained, making me a well-behaved companion. However, I should mention that I prefer to be the only dog in the house, and I'm most comfortable in a home with adults - so no kids, please. I absolutely adore going for walks, and I'm always up for a good cuddle session or some playtime. Chewing on bones is a favorite pastime of mine, and I'm a sucker for treats. You'll find that I'm smart but a bit hard-headed, which can make life with me quite an adventure. Trust me, I'm even cuter in person! If you think I might be the one you're looking for, don't hesitate to ask to meet me. I can't wait to become your best friend and fill your life with love and laughter! Story
Hallie Boo is a lovely 3-year-old, 40 lb. Siberian Husky mix with a sweet, calm, and gentle nature. This beautiful girl has one ear that sometimes stands up while the other stays down, giving her an adorable look. She's easy to leash, walks right by other dogs without reacting, and is a joy to walk -a volunteer even called her "a perfect walker." Hallie Boo knows how to sit, takes treats gently, and is on the potty-trained list as she keeps her kennel clean. She's also a huge fan of cuddles and belly rubs, showing her affectionate side. Hallie Boo wasn't very interested in playing with other dogs in the playgroup-she prefers being with people and feeling the love. She definitely seems like a peaceful co-existor who tolerated other dogs, but she really did not express interest in engaging in play.Come and meet this sweetheart!Hallie Boo is ready to go home today - she is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and is already spayed. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
