You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi there, my name is Moose. I am a sweet boy who is very shy. I am skittish initially, but once I get used to you and feel I can trust you, I will be your best friend. With the right time and patience, I am the best companion. After I get used to you, I like being around you and don't mind you picking me up or snuggling me. If given a chance, I could make the perfect addition to your family, so what do you say, would you like to meet me? If so, please fill out an application!  (KG*/AF*)  Up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, neutered and micro-chipped.   Adoption Fee:  $100.00     Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 5:48 pm

Story
Meet Capone! I'm a silly, playful, and fun-loving guy who will keep you entertained with my delightful antics. You'll be pleased to know that I'm both crate and potty trained, making me a well-behaved companion. However, I should mention that I prefer to be the only dog in the house, and I'm most comfortable in a home with adults - so no kids, please. I absolutely adore going for walks, and I'm always up for a good cuddle session or some playtime. Chewing on bones is a favorite pastime of mine, and I'm a sucker for treats. You'll find that I'm smart but a bit hard-headed, which can make life with me quite an adventure. Trust me, I'm even cuter in person! If you think I might be the one you're looking for, don't hesitate to ask to meet me. I can't wait to become your best friend and fill your life with love and laughter! Story
Hallie Boo is a lovely 3-year-old, 40 lb. Siberian Husky mix with a sweet, calm, and gentle nature. This beautiful girl has one ear that sometimes stands up while the other stays down, giving her an adorable look. She's easy to leash, walks right by other dogs without reacting, and is a joy to walk -a volunteer even called her "a perfect walker." Hallie Boo knows how to sit, takes treats gently, and is on the potty-trained list as she keeps her kennel clean. She's also a huge fan of cuddles and belly rubs, showing her affectionate side. Hallie Boo wasn't very interested in playing with other dogs in the playgroup-she prefers being with people and feeling the love. She definitely seems like a peaceful co-existor who tolerated other dogs, but she really did not express interest in engaging in play.Come and meet this sweetheart!Hallie Boo is ready to go home today - she is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and is already spayed. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 39 Age: 3yrs 2mths 2wks

Story
Sandy's first time at doggie playgroups was not entirely successful. She simply had no social manners and was not appropriate with her interactions with the other dogs. While social manners is something that she may learn over time, right now, Sandy would thrive in a home with no other dogs.If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Sandy 255908".She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Story
Koda was a bit awkward in his playstyle during playgroup sessions. He started off a bit intense, eyeing up his playmate and keeping a distance. Koda did settle in a little, but his demeanor could potentially be a bit off-putting to a less tolerant dog.If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Koda 255577".He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home.
