Story
Sienna came to us when her family had to relocate and could not take her and her sister with them. The two of them celebrate their 1st birthday the day after Christmas! They've previously spent most of their lives outside, and are currently in a foster home learning how great it is to be an indoor dog. Perfecting house training is still a work in progress, but she will happily go outside anytime! She is learning to use the dog door. In her foster home with other dogs and gets along with them great! She also lives with cats and is learning how to coexist with them. She previously lived in a home with kids and loves them. Sienna is a big more shy than her sister, and is working on her confidence. Her foster is helping her learn that while lots of things are new for her, it doesn't mean they're scary. If you're looking for a gorgeous, sweet, snuggly companion - consider Sienna! We think she would do with best with another playful, confident dog companion in her forever home. Please note: Sienna is not yet spayed but will be before her adoption can be finalized.

Soleil (so-lay) came to us when her family had to relocate and could not take her and her sister with them. The two of them celebrate their 1st birthday the day after Christmas! They've previously spent most of their lives outside, and are currently in a foster home learning how great it is to be an indoor dog. She also lives with cats and is learning how to coexist with them. She previously lived in a home with kids and loves them. While huskies are often known as being aloof and independent, Soleil is curious, very friendly, and LOVES to cuddle. She does struggle with alone time and will voice her husky feelings, so would probably not be a good fit for an apartment because of this. She would do best with a securely fenced yard with at least 6' fencing. If you're looking for a gorgeous, sweet, snuggly companion - consider Soleil! We think she would do with best with another playful, confident dog companion in her forever home. She LOVES to play and run, and would make a great hiking buddy. Please note: Soleil is not yet spayed but will be before her adoption can be finalized.

Story
Meet Jay, the Husky who believes each day deserves a tiny bit of chaos, a lot of fun and at least one dramatic zoom! Jay came to the ASPCA Behavioral Rehabilitation Center after living in a house with many other dogs and struggling to cope with the world. Thanks to the help of our program, he’s grown into a confident, silly graduate who’s ready to take on life with joy and enthusiasm! Jay is playful, social and always up for a good adventure. He loves hanging out with his people, romping around with dog friends and sniffing everything that looks remotely interesting. He has a gift for turning any yard into his imaginary snow field and any moment into something fun. Once he knows you, Jay is affectionate, cuddly and full of sweet “you’re my person” energy. With new folks, he sometimes takes a moment to check them out first, but a slow approach and a tasty treat will help you become besties. After playtime, he settles in beautifully and enjoys relaxing, snacking and using that clever Husky brain for enrichment and games. If you’re looking for a spirited, goofy and big‑hearted companion who brings joy wherever he goes, Jay just might be your guy. Story
🐾 Meet Cookie- a super smart, sweet, and animated girl who loves car rides, walks, and toys. She knows several commands, including sit, shake, come, in, out, and potty, and is eager to keep learning. Cookie was found running across a busy highway in Anderson with a broken cable attached and covered in fleas. She was taken to a nearby vet, where the registered owner was contacted and shockingly refused to pick her up. 💔 More of a people dog than a dog dog- Can get jealous of other pets, so she should be an only pet. Walks beautifully on a leash, Crate trained and house trained Excellent in public places Estimated age: ~3 years old (Chip information was skewed) Breed: Husky (predom)/ Pomeranian mix Weight: 33.4 lbs Health: In GREAT health Heartworm negative Vaccinated for Rabies, Parvo, and Bordetella (1‑year vaccines given on 3/3/26) Spay status: Unknown ✂️ Bathed, groomed, nails trimmed, and teeth brushed on 3/7/26 Comes with her new leash and collar, favorite toys, and starter food.

Story
This little Butter is just a prince. We are guessing him to be medium sized as an adult. Playful but can be calm. Crate trained and doing great with leash walking. He has also learned sit! Sweet boy with a good disposition. His silly antics will keep you cracking up. Just like any dog, Butter can use a bit more training and guidance to become a balanced adult dog. But he's on the right track.
