Story
Our son and his wife have a dog named Twigs, a Husky Catahoula mix per genetic testing. They are expecting a baby and decided to put Twigs up for adoption. They have another adult dog that Twigs gets along well with, but they do not want to risk having Twigs around a newborn child. He is loyal to a fault. He has been to several training sessions, and he does well with 3–4 year-old children.Twigs is friendly with humans and other dogs that he has been introduced to.  He is aggressive with strange dogs on other sides of fences or in the street.  He needs careful introduction to other dogs as he has bitten several dogs. Twigs was a rescue from a Wilmington NC shelter.  He is smart, likes to run and cuddle.  He is about 6 years old and has a chip.   Please let us know if you’d like to meet Twigs.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Luna is a sweet girl who has been through so much that we will never know. She has finished raising her puppies and is now on the journey to find her forever home! She is in our foster-to-adopt program while she completes her vetting. Luna is dog friendly with other low key older dogs. She does not get protective over her people, but she has so much love to give.
