You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet KileySweet Kiley is about 4 months old (approx DOB 07/01/2024), best guess, no guarantee is that Kiley is a Huskey/Shepherd/maybe Aussie??? - we expect her to be a medium size adult dog.Her start in life has not been fair, dumped on a dirt road and taken in by wonderful humans. But the resident cats wanted nothing to do with her. So she lived in an outdoor kennel until SAL stepped up and took her in. She is very sweet in nature, always looking to please her humans. A submissive pack member and loves to romp in the yard with her foster siblings. Crates quietly at night and sleeps until you get up. Loves a toy and some free time in the sun to play with it. Upon rescue into SAL, Kiley fully expected to have to sleep outside again in her new situation :( No more sweet girl. She is adjusting well, the indoor life is just still a bit unfamiliar to her, but her foster family is showing her what being part of the family is all about. She is responding to quiet, happy, gentle encouragement and making progress. Kiley will need a family that is patient with her and will continue to build her confidence.We also think Kiley would do best with another balanced canine housemate.
