Story
Freddie was adopted from the West Seneca ASPCA when he was 11 months old. His birthday is April 16, 2018. Freddie is a very friendly dog and loves to be around people and other dogs. He is also a very curious dog. Freddie's owner use to take Freddie on walks and to a dog park but due to chronic mobility issues is now unable to do this anymore. Due to the lack of activity, Freddie has taken to escaping from his small fenced in back yard from time to time if he is not supervised. He eventually finds his way home and stays in the neighborhood visiting the neighbors and other dogs that are outside. Freddie needs a bigger home and a big fenced in back yard where he can run and play with children and other dogs. He loved going to the dog park and I'm sure he would benefit from going to a dog park on a regular basis.

Story
We got sunny as a puppy, she’s a great dog but we were not ready for a bigger dog . We lost our pug back in December of 2023 and I thought we were ready for a puppy and we were not. I’m a single mom to 5 kids and I have 5 cats. So sunny is very good around kids and cats. She’s crazy and loves to play and chews everything. With my work schedule I try to get her outside as much as possible but she refuses to go anywhere but a puppy pad and I don’t have the time to fully train her like I’d like. It’s not fair to her to not have more attention and more training. I’d like her to go to someone who will take great care of her and love her as much as me and my children do. Ps depending on the type of door handle you got, she can open doors. She is crate trained during the day .

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi   My name is Pfieffer! I am a 5 month old Husky mix and I'm just as sweet as I am cute! I love to play with toys and go on walks in the snow, I am quite the adventurer. I have boundless energy, and love learning new things! My foster mom taught me commands like sit, down, paw, come and wait. I am crate trained and doing amazing with only going potty outside. I get along great with the dogs and the kids in the house. Because of my energy level and herding tendencies, I would do best in a home without small children. If I sound like the perfect girl for you, apply to adopt me @ buffalocares.org Adoption Fee; $475.00 RR48 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All dogs come fully up to date on shots, microchipped, heart worm tested, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and spayed/neutered.  If interested in learning more or adopting please fill out an application on our website at www.buffalocares.org. Story
We first adopted Kody when he was two years old after seeing him posted on Facebook, and is around four years old. Kody LOVES to run and play tug a war with us. He is super active and needs space to run. The best way my husband and I would describe Kody is active, cuddly, and alpha. Kody loves to sit near us for pets and love. We are looking for a home that will love Kody and allow him the proper exercise he needs. Unfortunately, because of our jobs/schedules it requires us to be away from home for a prolonged period of time. Kody would do very well with older teens/adults as he can be food territorial. Also, a place where there are no cats in the house or around neighbors home.

Story
Oslo is the son of our current dog Kody. He is about two years old and loves to play. Oslo is super active and loves to wrestle with my husband. Oslo does not bark or make typical husky sounds. I would describe Oslo as sweet, gentle, and active. A great fit for Oslo would be a place where he can run and play lots. Oslo loves to cuddle and will give tons of kisses at random times. Unfortunately, due to mine and my husbands jobs we are no longer able to give Oslo the care and attention that he needs. He is an AMAZING dog and any potential owner will be fortunate enough to have him

Story
'Tis the season for Chestnut the dog  to find his furever home! This sweet boy is a chow mix, roughly 3 years old, with the softest coat and ears that can pick up a signal from as far as the North Pole   Chestnut has it all: crate-trained, potty-trained, knows several commands, and gets along well other dogs. He walks like a champ on a leash and also loves an occasional run with his foster parents. The only thing this handsome guy loves more than sleeping on the couch is meeting new friends.
