Story
Mama Roxie found herself is a scary situation, pregnant and on the streets of Dallas TX.  But now she is living her best life in an upstate NY foster home.  Roxie had a DNA test where we learned she was 37% husky (plus alot of other breeds!).  She is just under 4 years old and learning how to just be a happy dog - she seems to really love men and would do great with an active young guy!   She is doing well learning the basics and is very smart - Roxie will make an amazing companion we know it!.  She is good with other dogs and is a happy go lucky social girl.  She would also prefer a kitty free house.   All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada. Story
Hi! My name is Copper. I;m a good boy but I want to be in charge. I am part Pomeranian and half Husky. Im a chocolate pomsky. I don’t look like a Husky Pom , but I am. Mommy and Daddy say I need to be visit someone;s new home. I;m a small big boy. Yes, I look like I am fat, but don;t let that fool you, I;m all muscle. I play well with other dogs at the dog park but at home I want the food, all the food. My mommy has a bad back so if she tries to take me out, I hurt her from the tugging. I also like escaping. If I see daylight through slow close door, I will be gone for at least an hour. Thank you for taking the read about me.

Story
Waylon is an almost 1.5 year old male husky mix-we are not sure what exactly he is mixed with. He is a smaller playful and energetic pup. He is affectionate, gentle and loves attention! Waylon loves to be outside and running around playing with his antler toy. Waylon is able to follow some basic commands but he would definitely benefit from further training. Waylon does have accidents inside at times, but we believe that is due to him not being neutered. Waylon is crate trained and never has any accidents in his crate. Unfortunately due to moving away we are unable to take Waylon with us. We are looking for a caring loving home to take Waylon in and give him a great life. Thank you so much for considering, and if there are any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Story
Chinook the Shepsky came to us well traveled: He was born in the Westbank, Palestine, as a stray but luckily was taken into the Bethlehem Animal Shelter from which he was adopted to Quebec City, Canada but this adopters quickly learnt that he is not an ideal dog for a small basement apartment where he is left locked up all day. They wanted to surrender him to the local public shelter, but before they could do that, European friends of mine working in Animal Welfare and who have done rescue missions at the Bethlehem Shelter, connected with us and organized a volunteer transport to us on his 1st birthday. Chinook has the energy of a husky and the smarts of a shepherd so he is looking for an active home. He LOVES people and especially children; he an amazing dog, very very sweet and a total snuggle bug, he's a total leaner and has yet to meet a stranger, but he does need outlets for his energy. He'd make a wonderful running, hiking or trail riding partner. He's gotten used to chickens, ducks, goats and horses but still needs supervision around cats. He loves and gets along really well with dogs! He's actually never been an only dog and does show signs of anxiety when he's left inside the house by himself (which only ever happens by accident). Therefore he must be adopted to have a canine friend, and ideally he'd be adopted together with his BFF Enzo. He doesn't need a yard if his new home will provide him the much needed exercise; he also doesn't necessarily need a fence as long as the property is big enough for him to roam without getting in trouble. Here at the rescue ranch he keeps our property free of predators and has evicted all coyotes, while he roams our property he never runs away and always stays closeby. We walk him off leash and again he roams but doesn't run away and will always come right back.November 3, 2024, 12:23 am
