Handsome Silas is a Siberian Husky mix, born 7/1/24 and we expect he will be medium / large when full grown. We are unsure of what he is mixed with. He is current on vaccinations, neutered, chipped and on preventions. A physical 6 foot min fence is required, if you know the breed, you know why. We are looking for a family who is experienced with the breed. We know he is gorgeous, all huskies are, but they are not a breed for everyone. Here are some fun husky facts to help you consider if you are the right family for this breed of dog. They are a high-energy breed that needs plenty of exercise, so they are not a good fit for everyone. However, if you are looking for a friendly, intelligent, and outgoing dog, a Siberian Husky may be the perfect breed. Here are some additional things to keep in mind if you are considering getting a Siberian Husky: They are escape artists, so you must have a secure yard or ensure they are always on a leash when outside. They are vocal dogs, and they will often howl. They are not hypoallergenic, so they will shed a lot and will require grooming several times a year. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, a Siberian Husky can be a wonderful companion. SOS anyone know of a rescue that can rescue these puppies. Young man that has these three puppies he's facing eviction. His mother has cancer and is in hospice. He does not drive. He is facing eviction unless he gets rescue or homes for these puppies. He is trying to get back to Missouri. Camargo, Kentucky. Montgomery County. He has tried unsuccessfully for weeks to get the puppies into the shelter but they are not accepting because like most shelters they're full. Koa is a smart and friendly girl, about 2 years old, weighing 50lbs. This beautiful girl has one blue eye, one brown eye, and the softest fur! Koa was found running up and down a busy road frantically. Sadly, it is believed that she had been dumped by her previous owners. This intelligent girl is eager to please and already knows all her basic commands, and is house trained. Koa is friendly with people, kids, and dogs (with slow and proper introductions). She is a high energy girl who loves to play fetch with her ball, hike, and play tug of war. She LOVES going for walks and has good leash manners. Koa also enjoys going for car rides - she is always down for a fun adventure! This happy girl would love a forever home with a fenced yard (6' fence), and a family that will commit to providing her the daily exercise/stimulation that she needs. She would enjoy going to doggy daycare or having family members who work from home, and another playful dog that she can spend time with. Koa is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Story

Suki is a Husky we pulled from a Texas shelter where she was in danger of being euthanized. After arrival we discovered that she needed surgery for ingrown eyelids. We allowed her some time to settle into her new foster home before she underwent the surgery - which was a success! Now she’s all healed from her surgery and her beautiful eyes are wide open. Suki is about 59 lbs. We're unsure of Suki's exact age, and neither are the vets. She's estimated to be between 4 to 7 years old. Regardless of her age, she is energetic, loves her toys, and loves to play with her foster’s resident dog. Don’t get us wrong - she also loves to take naps in her bed so she can be sure to catch up on her beauty sleep. Suki is housebroken and doesn't require a crate. She’s walking nicely on a leash…unless she's distracted by a rabbit :) She gets along well with most dogs that she encounters on her walks. She knows the stay command. She has not been tested with cats. She loves to be loved up and will give you a thank you kiss (when you’ve earned it!). Sadly, Suki was bred too many times, resulting in some sensitivity in her belly and lower back. Consequently, she dislikes people touching these areas and prefers to initiate affection on her own terms. Due to this, we don't recommend young children to be around her, and she would be better suited to a household with older adopters. If you have experience with the breed, have patience, and lots of love to give, please consider giving Suki the forever home and family she so deserves. Suki is currently being fostered in NJ.
