Meet Axel, he is a purebred Husky who belongs to a Veteran who has some physical disabilities which are preventing him from having a dog anymore so he needs to rehome him. We are asking a small fee to cover the cost of his neuter and vetting. He is high activity and needs a secure fenced yard. he is VERY lovable and sweet and fun to be around but he needs to be an only child! Experience with the breed is preferable. Meet Evelyn, this pretty girl is 2 years old and 45lbs. She walks well on leash and crate trained. She has gotten along with every dog she has met, but small animals and cats probably aren’t a good idea. Evelyn does have a bite history, but has done very well in her time with us. She will need a large yard with a 6 ft fence. and likes to be outside most of the day. She may prefer a doggie door so she is free to roam. Evelyn is a headstrong girl, and does better when she can be free to spend her time roaming outside. Interested in becoming a forever home for Evelyn the Husky? For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Nova is a 3 year old husky mix and weighs 46 lbs. Her foster reports that she is a moderate temperament, affectionate, gentle, and loves her daily exercise and mental stimulation. She is looking for an active experienced owner who can exercise and play with her 3-4 times per day - with at least one active playtime being about 45 minutes to an hour. As sled dogs, huskies maintain their energy throughout their life and especially appreciate an owner who wants to enjoy the cold with them. In her previous home, Nova was reportedly friendly with other dogs, so we think she will be ok with proper introductions. She has no experience with cats. When at home, Nova loves having her belly rubbed. She will greet you each morning w kisses and snuggles. Her ideal home has someone at home regularly or a pack walker during the day. At home she is content to relax quietly in the same room near you. Nova, also called Josephine or Jojo now, is fully vetted, spayed, micro chipped and ready for her forever home! Ares is a typical husky with lots of energy and opinions. He is very cuddly and wants attention from his humans as well as any pet siblings. Unfortunately, my older german shepherd has never accepted him and he needs more time and attention than I'm able to give as I have to keep them separated. He is a dominant dog who is friendly and likes to play but will not be submissive to another dog that gets in his face. With people he's very loving and happy go lucky.

Champie turned a year old recently, and he is a happy pup. He’s loving, inquisitive, and strong-willed. He’s looking for a home where he can play with another dog, and spend lots of time outside. He loves playing with other dogs more than anything else! He’s incredibly intelligent, but gets frustrated when he doesn’t have enough to do. Meet 3 year old husky - Cream of Mushroom (aka Loki)! This stunner with his piercing blue eyes gets plenty of compliments on his daily walks. Aside from his handsome good looks, he is a very social, highly intelligent sweet heart! Loki loves other dogs - large or small and he loves humans even more (does great with kids)! Loki is a great companion dog and can happily lie by your feet when you're working from home as well as match you stride for stride as you do your morning run. However, Loki can be independent too and can be left for long periods of time chilling in his doggy bed while I take an important work call in the back of the apartment. Loki is well behaved and willing to please. He is food motivated and is quick to learn new tricks. Loves hugs and play catch. Stay tuned for more...
