Story
Meet Dignity, a sweet and shy 2-year-old Husky mix looking for her forever home. At 63 pounds, Dignity is a gentle soul who entered the shelter as a stray on 01-01-2025. She has since been spayed and is ready for her next chapter. Though initially timid, Dignity is full of potential! With a little patience, she'll warm up and love being pet. She’s a bit nervous around new people, but once she gets to know you, she’ll be a loyal companion. She’s learning to trust, loves treats (and is treat-motivated!), and knows how to “sit” on command. Dignity can be a bit reactive to other dogs, so if you have one at home, a meet-and-greet will be required. She’s looking for a family that will take the time to help her build confidence and feel safe in her new environment. 🖤 Dignity is available for foster-to-adopt for up to 30 days. Will you be the one to show her that love and safety exist? She deserves a bright future, and with your patience, she will shine! 📍 Come meet Dignity today! She’s waiting for the right family to help her grow and thrive.

His initial days in the shelter were marked by nerves, but with time, he has emerged as a friendly, energetic companion. Auburn's has shown a high prey drive for smaller animals like birds so a meet and greet is recommended. He enjoys a good chase, whether it's a ball or a butterfly, and would be an ideal partner for someone with an active lifestyle. Despite his energy, Auburn has a sweet, friendly nature that shines through. He knows sit and can catch treats and toys. He's waiting for a home where his energy can be channeled positively, and his friendly nature can be cherished. Adopt Auburn, and add a dash of vibrant energy to your life.

Story
I’m a sweet neutered male. 68lbs. I let you know when I need to go outside. I also know several commands. Im very smart and sometimes vocal. Im up to date on shots and vet visits. I’m great around children and other dogs with slow introduction. I’ll lay beside you soak in some good music, show or movie. I'm medium energy. I Enjoy playing with my stuffed toys, regular walks and would love to be somewhere I could have lots of space zoom but do well in apartment settings too as long as I’m with you :) I’m affectionate, I love to love and feel loved! Im on an amazing skin and coat diet so my coat and skin are so soft. I enjoy my morning jogs, demonstrate good behavior & don’t pull on my leash. Playing fetch is what I enjoy most! Makes me do zoomies! Im a big baby! I love my belly rubs and neck scratches! I I don’t mind cats and they don’t mind me. I’m very well behaved! I would do well with a family that has plenty of time for me, I’m very loyal, lovable and a big snuggly bear!! Adopt me!

Story
Dinah first joined us at only 1 day old after her mom died giving birth. She was bottle fed in one of our foster homes and found a loving family. Unfortunately, Dinah has become too rough for the small dog in her family so they made the difficult decision to return her to us so she could find a new home. Dinah loves to swim, play fetch and go for walks. She is perfect for someone looking for a dog who likes to go on adventures! Dinah does fine with bigger dogs, she likes to play but respects when they are not interested in her; she prefers to be the queen of the casa so dominant dogs are not a good match. Dinah is kennel trained, house trained and will be the perfect addition to a lucky home! She is 3years old and weighs 55 lbs. We have adoption appointments throughout the week! Turn in an adoption interest form at https://waggingtailsrescue.org/dog-adoption/ to learn more about this dog and schedule a meet and greet! Additionally, we have an adoption event every Saturday from 11-1pm at Petco (645 S Green Valley Parkway) where you can come and visit our adoptable dogs. We hope to hear from you soon! Please send in an application at www.waggingtailsrescue.org
