Story

Bandit is a gorgeous siberian husky/malamute mix. He is a tall, large, sweet, and soulful boy. He isn't your stereotypical hyper husky. He is pretty chill and prefers to be with his person as he has spent a lot of his earlier years on a chain or in a kennel. He has recently gone into a foster home and has done well in that environment. He enjoys being close to his person instead of what he may have been used to off on his own. He does well with mellower dogs with slow intros but we recommend no cats as he is too assertive and we feel it is best no cats in the household. We suggest that Bandit go to a home with an experienced husky owner to allow him to grow and succeed in his next forever home, he has had two homes in the last 2 years and we want him to go to his very last home. Bandit is a very sweet boy and deserves a home with stability and commitment to his well-being. Please fill out an adoption application if you want to give this boy his shot at happiness.

Koda is a sweet, mild mannered and relaxed boy. He is 4 yrs old, 67 lb Husky/Malamute and thinks he’s a lap dog. He loves kids and is okay with cats and has lived with dogs but has food guarding so needs to be fed separately. He definitely will need a 6ft fence, after all he is a husky. He enjoys long walks and playing ball. Koda is kennel trained and potty trained but when he goes to a new home he will need a refresher until he learns where the door is he needs to go to. He knows sit, lay down and paw! He loves to spend time with his humans and would prefer you be around more than not. Come out and meet Koda to see if he fits well into your family lifestyle. The adoption fee is $350 and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. **The majority of Koda's adoption fee has been sponsored! I love to snuggle and jump on laps! My foster says that I’ve got cuddles that would make even the Grinch blush! Turns out, I’d also be really good at a race up or down the Grinch’s mountain, too! I’m very athletic. With that, I’ve become a bit of a jumper, so it’s probably best we get a tall fence in my life, ASAP. Additionally, as much as my snuggles could tame the Grinch, I don’t love to snuggle with everything. Turns out I’ve got a very big prey drive with smaller animals (like cats) or other animals who are not like me. It would be best that I only go to a home where there are only similar-sized dogs.
