Loki`s owners are looking for a new home for him and have provided this information:Loki (yes name after the marvel show) is a Husky with a strong personality and loves to greet you with a special howl. He is chill but can be a bit energetic when he gets excited about the things he loves, like going outside to run around in the yard, treats or a brand new toy. We adopted Loki when he was 1 year old with heartworms (which has since been treated and cured). We don`t know much about his background but we believe he didn`t have the best one. Loki can be a bit sassy when he wants but also loving when he needs to be. He did start off with behavioral problems in the beginning for example, escaping his crate and breaking in the process but has been corrected since. He has come a long way and just needs a loving home with an experienced owner who has the time and patience for him. Ps. Fun fact Loki has Heterochromia ( one blue eye and the other brown)Diet: His stomach doesn’t handle chicken well, so we stopped feeding it to him once we realized it started to upset his stomach. This is really hard…. Barrett is my best friend and I don’t want this but my work and school schedule I don’t have enough time or help. I would love it if someone would let me see him from time to time. I put he doesn’t get along with dogs because he hates male dogs. A mellow medium to large female dog with slow introduction would be best. He typically stays between 49lbs-55lbs depending on time of year, mood, stressors.

He wants to be pet as much as possible and will make his feelings known by putting his head under your arm if you aren’t petting him. He has a somewhat limited understanding of personal space and prefers to spend his time on top of someone. He is a bit timid, but gets over it pretty quickly when he realizes there are treats and pets available. Triscuit is unfortunately heartworm positive and will need an adopter who will continue his treatment. LDDR will cover the cost, but he will need to be kept calm and on restricted activity until he gets the all clear from the vet. While he isn’t allowed to run around now, he still has a bit of energy that slows that he would love to run around and play once he is able. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. He’s smart, energetic, athletic, and full of personality—and he’s looking for a home that understands what that really means. Yuki walks well on a leash and is house-broken. He’s crate trained, though he has occasionally demonstrated his impressive problem-solving skills by getting out of it. He has lots of energy and will need regular exercise and mental stimulation to stay happy. He can jump fences, so a secure yard (or supervised outdoor time) is a must. He enjoys being groomed and doesn’t mind baths, loves to cuddle, and is a big fan of belly rubs. Yuki also gets car sick, so short trips or some patience will be needed there. Yuki should be the only pet in the home—he is definitely not cat-friendly, and his behavior around other dogs or children is currently unknown. Because of his breed traits and energy level, Yuki would do best with an experienced Husky owner or someone who is truly willing to put in the time, training, and commitment this breed requires. Isabelle and Tavin aren’t just pets… they are a living piece of her, her love, and the life she built. Isabelle, 3½ years old, is a Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart as big as her loyalty. She is incredibly smart, deeply affectionate, and was lovingly trained by my mother as both an emotional support animal (ESA) and a psychiatric service dog (PSD). She has a calm strength about her—the kind of dog who just knows when you need her. Tavin, her 2½-year-old son, has grown up right by her side. He shares her loving nature and brings his own gentle, playful spirit into the world. Their bond is beautiful—they find comfort in each other, and it would mean everything to keep them together. This is the hardest decision I’ve had to make. As much as I love them, I’ve come to realize that I’m not home enough, and I don’t have the financial stability right now to give them the full, consistent life they truly deserve. And they deserve so much. They would thrive in a home with a large, fenced-in yard where they can run, play, and just be dogs. They are not good with cats, but they have so much love to give to the right person or family. I am not giving them up—I am trying to give them a better life. One filled with time, space, stability, and unconditional love. Leah has been a deeply loved part of our family for the past three years, ever since my son adopted her. Sadly, due to an unexpected relocation, he is no longer able to keep her, and making this decision has been incredibly hard for all of us. Leah is a gentle, loving three-year-old who finds pure joy in her toys and melts with happiness during belly rubs. In addition, she is sporty, and enjoys long walks in the park. Leah has the sweetest bond with our family, especially our two-year-old grandson, whom she adores during his visits. Leah's happiest moments are simply being surrounded by the people she loves.
