His adoption fee is $300 Applications can be found on our website: https://www.jessaminehumanesociety.org Bo is a male Husky. If you guessed his breed by looking, many people would think he is a Pomsky. As far as we know, he is a pure blooded Husky, he's just a pocket sized guy. He has lots of energy and love to give. Huskies need a place to be able to run and play. He gets along great with other dogs, cats and children. Before he leaves us she will be neutered. In a home setting with routine and consistency, she would quickly be completed kennel trained. She walks well on a leash. She likes children and doesn't mind cats. She's a very sweet girl with lots of Husky energy. She respects a 6ft fence and does not try to dig or jump it. She gets along with other dogs. The only thing she will need help with is manners. She has never gotten to live in a loving home. She came from a place where safety, consistency and food was never stable. Linda needs a second chance at life. She has been spayed, is UTD on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped.

Crate trained, needs consistency for potty training. That is also going well. She does great on a leash and is learning commands very quickly. She's a smart girl and eager to please, (treats are a big motivator). She has lots of Husky and puppy energy. She likes to run, play with toys and be with people. She gets along with other dogs. She will be fine with kids, she just needs to be taught her boundaries. She's very intelligent. Echo needs an owner who will be firm and guide her. She has been spayed, UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and, dewormed.

Story
Max is a 10 year old husky mix I adopted five years ago from the Lexington Humane Society. He thrives outside, but can be kept inside as well if needed. For the most part he is very calm and sleeps a lot, but he does get the zoomies and loves to go for walks or play his version of fetch with you (he will go get it if you throw it, but you’ll have to chase him down to get it back). He has a very goofy personality! **He is NOT friendly to other animals or kids, but absolutely loves adults.**

Story
Hank was found as a stray in eastern KY and was very thin and also had an old injury to one back leg. Hank is a sweet boy who has grown leaps and bounds in the times he's been with us. He is good with all other dogs. For those who don't remember, Hank was once adopted out and was returned to us by the adopters because they had changed their lifestyle and Hank did not adjust to the changes. Turns out Hank has a strong prey drive and cannot be homed with birds or other small animals/livestock. This does not mean he is a bad dog in any way. In fact, Hank is a very sweet boy who really wants to please his people. He deserves a loving family of his own. Due to the length of time he's been with us and changes in the lives of our fosters, Hank is in urgent need of placement. We are searching for an adopter for this handsome man and will be open to a foster to adopt format. His adoption fee has been sponsored. All we need is a good home for a dog who had been patiently waiting his turn for almost a year. Hank is a larger dog but does not require large amounts of activity. He likes to lay around next to his dog friends and his people. But he could also make a good adventure buddy. He does still need work on crate training. He is smart and willing to learn. Is anyone willing to open their heart and home to Hank? An application can be filled out here. Be sure to select Lexington as the location: http://www.woodstockanimalfoundation.org/adopt-a-dog/
