Story
Luna is a pretty girl looking for a forever home. She is a two-year-old beautiful husky. She is very sweet but a little on the timid side until she gets warmed up to you. She is spayed and current on all shots and preventions. I would prefer she go to a cooler northern environment. Luna gets along very well with others, she has the pack mentality. She is very loyal and loving. She loves to run and play with the others in her pack. She has not shown aggressive behaviors. She would do well with older children and other pets. Not so sure about cats. She is very, very smart. I would recommend her as a good family pet. Saved from a high-kill shelter by another rescue only to wind up in another shelter when that rescue left her in boarding in an Alabama warehouse for an extensive period. Bogie is a 4-year-old husky mix with a heart as big as his bright, beautiful smile. This handsome boy came to our shelter as a stray, so much of his past remains a mystery—but what we do know is how incredibly sweet and lovable he is.Since arriving, Bogie has quickly won over staff and volunteers alike with his friendly, gentle nature. He’s done wonderfully around other dogs and seems to truly enjoy their company. However, Bogie would do best in a home without cats, as they’re just not his cup of tea.With his striking white coat and classic husky good looks, Bogie is truly a showstopper. Based on his condition when he arrived, we believe he likely spent most of his life outdoors. Because of this, we would love to find him a home where he can enjoy the best of both worlds—plenty of outdoor time to explore and play, along with the comfort and love of being welcomed indoors as part of the family.Bogie is ready to leave his stray days behind and start a new chapter filled with warmth, companionship, and love. Honey is a high energy girl, but has a super sweet and affectionate side as well. Her left ear seems to have a mind of its own which suits her cute and playful personality just perfect!
