Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bella!  *Her adoption fee is $350.00. *She is believed to be a 1 year old Husky/German Shepherd mix.*Bella is a goofy, very loving, and playful pup!*She is a smart & sweet-natured girl.*She loves playing ball and enjoys her chew toys. *The Husky breed is known for being little Houdini's when it comes to escaping things!!  So, a fenced in yard is required.*Bella would love to have another dog companion in the home, but she does not do well with dominant females.*She is very people shy and can take some time to warm up.* Bella has been great around the little ones that visit. *Bella knows her basic commands including shake & high five. She does well on her leash and travels well! *To be her most successful self she will definitely need continued socialization and obedience training.*Bella is looking for a family that has the time and patience to work with her and understand that while she isn't all the way there yet, she will be a great dog with consistency.  *The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 13 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. Story
Hi all, this is Koda! s a malamute and husky mix who’s around 60 ish pounds! I adopted Koda 3 years ago and he’s come a long way and learned so much on his journey with me. I unfortunately have to rehome Koda due to me moving overseas with my husband. Koda is your average happy go lucky husky who does speak! He’s housebroken and does amazing with his place commands, he also knows a bark command. Koda is an extremely affectionate boy who loves belly rubs! Koda needs a home with a yard as he love to run! He prefers a house with no cats no small animals around. He does have a high prey drive around cats and dogs smaller than him. Koda has some separation anxiety and does not do well being left alone unless he’s in a kennel as he is crate trained and prefers that if he’s left alone. He does amazing with other dogs as he currently lives with his brother. He’s very mellow for a husky and you come find him as a couch potato.
