AVAI'm just a young girl with the most striking topaz eyes, and beautiful red coat. I prefer to be with women, because men can make me somewhat nervous. It may take me time to warm up to you, but once I do, I promise you will have a friend for life.I am currently working with a trainer to help build my confidence, and let my lovely personality shine. As for my heritage, well I'm part Husky, so I'll need a secure fenced yard and due to my shyness no children please.DOB 12/27/2020 53 poundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Story
Trip is waiting for an owner who is willing to enjoy his energy and provide outlets to exercise both his mind and body. He is somewhat insecure so an owner that is confident would be ideal for this adolescent. Trip loves life, and everything around him. He simply just needs to learn some boundaries when it comes to personal space, and expressing his enthusiasm. Remember he is still a puppy. Trip has a tremendous amount of potential to be a wonderful member of someone's family. He is also quite handsome. Trip is a mix of husky/shepherd and will need a fence.DOB 1/15/23 46 PoundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Hi there! I’m Dale, a 6-month-old husky and shepherd mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. People say I’m the life of the party—always ready for an adventure or a good game of tug. My husky side gives me a love for the great outdoors, while my shepherd smarts mean I’m eager to learn and impress you. Story
Hi there! I’m Chip, a 6-month-old husky and shepherd mix with a heart as big as my floppy ears. I’m a bundle of energy and love, always ready to chase after a ball or snuggle up for a good nap once I’ve tired myself out. I’ve got a curious nose, a soft coat perfect for cuddles, and a wagging tail that just doesn’t quit. I dream of finding a forever family who loves adventure as much as I do—whether it’s exploring the great outdoors or making memories in the backyard. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful best friend, I might just be your perfect match!

Story
Meet Rocky James! Look at those eyes! They are icy blue and are even more piercing in person! This guy is a total goofball. He's got long, lanky legs with paws that flop all over. If you have a tennis ball, you are his absolute best friend. Rocky James would love it so much if he found an active family to adopt him. He is an energetic boy, as most two-year-old totally pawsome huskies are, so he'd be thrilled if whoever adopted him had the same personality! The nose on this guy is that of a professional sniffer! If Rocky James catches a whiff of a tasty snack, this guy is right by your side asking for a nibble! We would love to find an adopter for Rocky James who is familiar with huskies and can give this good boy lots of happy memories, like hiking, snuggling, car rides, beach walks, endless tennis balls, etc., as he is so deserving of them! He is about 55-pounds (is a little underweight) and he is neutered. Rocky James is accustomed to living with a female dog in the home and we think he'd be such an awesome furbro to your kiddos if they are teenagers and older. He asks for no kitties! Don't miss the chance to add this pup to your home!

Kenzo is full of love! He is absolutely stunning. He hasn't known a stranger the last few days, we've all been able to get kisses and hugs. Kenzo did lose a leg, he got caught in a trap & it was amputated. He gets around so well, you would never know!

Story
Hi, my name is Mishka! I'm a pretty black Chow Chow with impeccable hair! I am a little bit shy when meeting new people, but I am very gentle and will just back away until I have some time to get used to someone new. I enjoy chewing on natural chews and playing with plush toys. I am not a fan of cats and I am particular about other dogs. I do have a foster sister (red Chow Chow) whom I love. I may do well with another dog, if he is chill. I would love to go visit a sniffspot location, so I could decompress or have a home with a privacy fence, so that I could have fun in my backyard and not worry so much about other animals. I am an independent lady who likes an occasional back scratch, so if you're not a big cuddler and just like to coexist near one another in the same room, I'm your gal! I am crate trained. I go to my crate easily during the day and at bedtime. I eat my food in my crate and it's my safe place. I really can't wait to find my forever people. I hope to see you soon!    Birthday 4/22/2018 - spayed - adoption fee $250 - no cats - prefers laid back male dogs around her size - more independent in nature, not the biggest fan of cuddles - house broken (has marked inside new environments but hasn't had any accidents in several weeks) -  crate trained    Fill out an application at all4animalsrescue.org  ##2045104##

Story
Hey, my name is Kitsune! I'm a beautiful red headed Chow Chow. I am a people kind of dog. My foster mom says I'm a bit too much for cats, but I do have a foster sister, who I love, but other dogs may not be a good match for me. I am crate trained; I like to eat in my crate and I will go in a crate during the day and at bedtime (it is my safe place). I can get a little bit protective of my food, so eating in my crate helps me to relax. When it comes to chews, I prefer natural ones like hooves and ears. I'm not the biggest fan of toys right now. I am house broken besides the occasional marking on my blanket in my crate. I love food and my food motivation has helped me in my reactivity journey while on walks. When I see other people, I like to talk to them. Sometimes when I am getting leashed to go outside I like to stand in between your legs to let you know that I would like some scratches. I really can't wait to meet you and show you how pretty I am and then you can hear me talk! Petting this girl is like feeling a puffy cloud, come try it out for yourself.    Birthday 10/23/2019 - spayed  - adoption fee $250 - no cats - no dogs  - professional cuddler  - crate trained  - house broken   Fill out an application at all4animalsrescue.org  ##2045103##
