Story
I have had nylah since she was 8 weeks old. I got her back in late 2014. She is a very sweet dog and not aggressive at all. She enjoys walks and playing outside. She is accustomed to a crate but may take a few days to adjust to a new environment. She is good with kids and other dogs of all sizes. She is a typically husky so grooming would have to be done if you are looking to limit the fur. She is full of energy and fun. I have her birth certificate and AKC registration on hand.

Story
‘ICE STORM’ THEMED PUPPY:  Approx. 3-4 months old / Approx. 16 lbs. & growing Hello – I’m Jack!  I came to Mostly Mutts with my sibling (who has already been adopted) from animal control.  I have enjoyed my time with the shelter volunteers, and the time I got to spend in a short break foster home.  Now, it’s time to find a furever home of my very own, so – if you are ready for some puppy love and a dear companion, let’s meet soon! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I love my sibling!  I also got along with the dog in my short break foster home – though they were older and did not want to play with me.  I would likely enjoy another dog to play with in my new home - so if you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / I’ve not met cats yet, but  I’m young, so I may do well with a dog-friendly kitty. / I recently met kids in my short break foster home, though I don’t remember their ages.  So, if you have kids, let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me or that I may bump over.   • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I am a sweet puppy with an easy-going, playful and gentle demeanor.  I’m also affectionate with a typical, curious puppy nature.  Definitely a people dog, I am social and loving with them and have lots of energy for playing. / My energy level at the shelter is 5-7, though it was a bit higher in my short break foster home. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I look forward to learning lots of great commands with my trainer.  I know the ‘sit’ command and am a great age to learn even more.  One of my favorite times of the day is spending time with my trainer!  I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – so get ready for some training with your new best friend. / My crate manners are pretty good at Mostly Mutts, and I calmed quickly in my crate in my short break foster home. / I’m having accidents on the shelter schedule, but I did better in my short break foster home on a good schedule.  I will need you to finish my potty training, so please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I like to be held and give kisses!  Like most puppies, I love toys and look forward to great play sessions with you. I enjoyed going for car rides while in my short break foster home. At cuddle time, the volunteers noted that I give the BEST puppy snuggles, so I obviously love snuggles. / I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow.  I’m also micro-chipped and neutered. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.    February 1, 2025, 10:53 am

Story
3 year old Pit/Husky Mix. 60-70 lbs.Aria is a sweet, happy girl with a remarkable pitty personailty. She takes a minute to warm up to new people, but once she knows you can be trusted, she is your shadow. You will have a best friend for life. She loves to cuddle and be near her people. She will roll over for belly rubs, or just sit between your legs and melt into you. Aria is a playful girl and loves to play with toys, chase balls and chew on chew toys. She enjoys talking long walks and playing fetch. If you're not available to throw a ball or toy for her, she'll toss it herself.Aria walks well on-leash, is crate trained and potty trained, however if she could choose, she would rather not have to spend time in her crate, she would choose to be out with her people.Aria is good with most dogs, but too interested in the cats in her foster home. She would do best in a home without cats.Adoption fee $300. Aria is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. To apply visit https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/33868/   ##1661489##

Story
This blue-eyed boy is Nemo! He arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 12/7, and no one has come to reclaim him. The volunteers describe Nemo as friendly and easygoing. He has been quiet in his kennel since his arrival, and he walks great on leash! Nemo does know how to sit, but during his photoshoot, he preferred to sniff around. He is inquisitive and loves to explore which is typical of huskies! He is a working breed, so please make sure you have the time and energy to commit to his well-being. Nemo will need someone who can keep him mentally and physically stimulated. If you're looking for a new adventure buddy, come meet Nemo today! Nemo is approximately 3 years old, and he weighs 48 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Nemo is waiting patiently in run 88; his ID # is 6721. Story
Meet Zuko! He arrived at the shelter as a lost boy on 1/21, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. Zuko is now keeping his paws crossed for a new, forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe Zuko as super sweet and fun-loving! He has stunning blue eyes and the softest coat! Zuko is also very athletic and strong on leash so he could use a refresher course on his leash-walking skills. Huskies are adventurous and inquisitive by nature, and they tend to be escape artists when left unattended in the yard. Please make sure you do a little research on the breed before adopting so you know what to expect. If you're looking for an active running/hiking buddy, Zuko is your guy! Zuko is approximately 3 years old, and he weighs 55 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption.
